I only go here when my usual place is packed. The fact that this place is always empty when my usual place is packed and they’re only a block a part is a testament to the mediocre service this place provides. I’ve been here for both mani and pedis. The shaping and filing are the best parts of both services. The friendliness of staff, massages and polish application are all ok. Nothing better than I could do at home.
It’s a good place in a crunch… They’re fast and aren’t ever packed, but save a girls day or heavy duty pedi needs for another place.

***Never will I go to Fancy Nails Again***
I’m NEVER quick to call the «race card», but I walked in before a white woman did and they pretty much overlooked me by servicing her first. We both were walk-​ins. She was carrying her designer Louis Vuitton bag just like I was. Not that that has anything to do with it, but I was dressed just as professionally as she was. Again I was left soaking my fingers in cold water while they gave her her pedicure. I got up and left after telling them how wrong they were. Never again****
Disgusted.
