Andy Nails

I had a wonderful experience at Andy’ s Nàils. I picked them out bazed on Yrlp reviews. Had Mani/​pedi and couldn’t have been more pleased. Tranh was great and worked quickly. pedicure was the best. when I went to pay, I discovered they did not take AmEx & it was the only one I could use. The manager graciously agreed to take a check.

My daughter was in Le Bonheur the week before my wedding so I had to go a nail salon close to the hospital (I live in Desoto county and didn’t want to go far from the hospital) I had checked Unilocal for a «fancy» salon to ensure I got great acrylic nails and found they were all appointment only. I needed a place where walk ins were welcome and decided on Andys, it was close. I’m so glad I did. The girl did such a great job. I like my acrylics to be very very short and as natural looking as possible. I also like my french tip to be painted on, not the white tips they have to put on. She was so understanding about my being picky bc these were my «wedding nails» she also asked about my daughter and kept nice conversation. She took her time to make sure all my nails were even, all the same length and the white tips even. If I lived near downtown I’d definitely make Andys my regular salon!!!

I was in town visiting with my GF. She needed a mani/​pedi and quick! Our friends recommended Andy Nail, a dive on Union in Midtown. We got right in. No appt necessary! It’s an itty bitty place and the price is RIGHT. My GF got waxed too. TMI?
I was talked into my first mani. So glad I did it. OMG, my hands are so soft and my nails are perfect. Why haven’t I ever done this before? Anywayzzz, I promised I would Unilocal them so here it is… THX again y’all!

Such an amazing find! Got my first gel mani on my lunch hour (only took a total of 20 mins), and Jasmine was a delight! They have the best polish color selection around, for sure, too. Definitely going to be a regular there. It was clean, friendly, and all around such a treat. Thank you Jasmine!

I’ve been going here for a little over a year. This place is clean! Utensils are sterilized and files are disposed after they use them on you. Best pedicure chairs I’ve seen in midtown, and I love my shellac gel polish. Jasmine is the best! I refuse to go anywhere else. I hesitated in posting this cuze I wanted to keep this gem to myself. I hardly ever have to wait. She is super fast.

I wanted a simple pedi and a simple full set but still a good job. They did a great job! My feet are so soft and my nails are nice and simple (don’t want anything too loud at work). The employees are very polite and they have a grand amount of OPI and Essie polish to choose from (and other brands as well but that’s for the people that are brand specific). Great place, great people.

I’ve gone here twice now. Both times I was in search of a fancy little nail spot in the nearby area and both times I was turned away because they were booked. And both times I landed at Andy’s. I am also happy to say that both times I left very satisfied.
This place certainly isn’t fancy. It’s a hole in the wall kind of nail salon. No fancy drink service, colorful flashing lights, or decorative waterfall pieces. It has the essentials — pedicure chairs, manicure tables, a tv and a drying desk. That is it… I don’t even think they have fancy wall paper. So if you’re wanting to go in and feel like a princess… this probably isn’t going to be a place for you.
Andy’s is however (at least with pedicures) time efficient quality work. Both times I’ve gone in I’ve truely enjoyed my pedicures. The massage chairs are some of the best I’ve ever sat in and they have a WIDE variety of colors from both Essie and OPI. What makes this even better is that it’s a quality pedicure in a low fuss environment that is well priced ($ 30 for spa pedicure). No needing to wait for Wednesday specials like other nearby places… any day of the week you can get a good pedi at a good price!
I’m sure next time I will save myself some time and head to Andy’s first!
