The Laundry Mat

No frills laundromat, nice and quiet. The gentleman attendant is very friendly and helpful.

I just put a pair of pants that looked like mine a wash done by the laundry mat. They say Boston College on them. I don’t own any Boston College clothing. In fact we have returned everything including children’s clothing to the Laundry Mat. In addition, you need to get your trash can out when unpacking the laundry, because it is covered with bleach, stains and grease. A cute tank I got on sale on sale on sale got into laundry going to the laundry mat. It returned, after never being worn, looking like someone work it through combat for the entire WWII. Oh and I have missing undergarmets, like a lot of them… like my drawer is EMPTY? And I have to buy some and it’s a recession and I am broke? I called to have the owner call as he said he would reimburse us, but so far, no word. I told his daughter the clothes were being mixed up and peculiarly she became infuriated and told me our clothes were dirty and she didn’t care what happened to them and that what I told her was impossible because laundry does not get mixed up. Tell my $ 200 worth of underwear and the person who owns these BC pants and all the owners of the towels and fleece jerseys and even others underwear (yes, yuck, i found a pair in my room that were NAVY BLUE SPANDEX… ahhh not mine…)… Let’s see if the owner calls back, she seems to be avoiding the responsiblity. In fact we had more clothing there that they did not return to us that we had to go over and get. The daugther said to my mother, so you aren’t coming here any more, right?! I think people should know that this place is purgatory for clothes and the woman who runs the laundromat is not exactly geared towards customer service. It almost seems like she is deliberately destroying and messing up everyone’s laundry. it’s bizarre! Beware before heading over there. I’ll let you know if the owner ever fulfills his promise to reimburse us for my underwear, it’s like more than $ 200 worth and he hasn’t called. Sorry wish I could say it was better, but whatever goes on there boggles the mind or why they are offerring laundry service at all.
