Worst place ever. I bought a necklace less than 2 months ago and it broke; I took it back and the rudest salesman ever told me that they only guarantee their merchandise 30 days. Obviously if they cannot guarantee their merchandise after 30 days it means they only sale junk there. In addition de a-​h wanted me to pay to get it fix. Total rip off; worse store ever, even worse than Nordstrom Rack. Will never buy anything there.

Fire & Ice is a specialty jewelry store on the downstairs level of Tysons Mall that is a nice, unique place to look for moderately-​priced jewelry. The jewelry at Fire & Ice feels more limited and personal as their selections change frequently (usually seasonally) as do their display cases. They have a lot of semi-​precious stone jewelry and which looks hand-​crafted.
The sales staff here is always very nice and willing to help and the store has nice gift boxes if you plan on buying a gift.
