My husband bought me my birthday gift from this store at Tyson’s after we bought a pair of silver earrings last winter here. Not only were the items so beautiful and well made, even more outstanding is always the customer service of our sales representative Fatimah. She is consistently utmost professional, welcoming, so courteous, very serene and patient if I had questions. Over the course of the past 9 months or so, we have actually forged a friendship that is dear to us. Whenever we’d walk by, be it running errands in a rush, we’d try to make time to catch up with her and it’s always such a total joy to see her. She is so elegant and has the most exquisite taste and advises one wonderfully without ever being pushy, has a great sense of humor and such a good heart. Seeing my by now cherished friend Fatimah and the equally elegant, serene, lovely Aida I also consider a friend at Zales always makes my week if I happen to stop by Tyson’s every now and then. Fatimah keeps us updated when Kay’s has special events, gives never anything short of excellent service, is very personable and warm hearted. Even when we don’t end up buying something, like last night when we ended up buying a pendant at Zales. She is genuine and full of grace– a total delight – many thanks, Fatimah! You have customers for life and we look so forward to seeing you again!

My boyfriend got me my promise ring from here. Overall it was good, but the sales rep was a bit pushy and tried to charge us $ 100 more for the ring we wanted. I already knew the price for it so I was confused and had to correct him. If I was someone who didn’t already know what they wanted, there would have been price issues. Also, when I got my ring back from getting it resized, they gave it to me in a little plastic baggy… My bf paid a lot for this. At least give me a box!

AWWWWFULLLL! Ordered my wedding band 4 weeks ago because they didn’t have my size. Since we’d been told it would take 3 – 4 weeks to size it(!) we called today to find out where it is and were told it would be ANOTHER month to get it. Actually we called 5 days ago too and were told a manager would call us back, which never happened. This is a simple stock band. Nothing fancy or custom. So TWOMONTHS to size a ring? In comparison, we ordered my husbands(yes, we’ve had to wait so long we are married now) ring from a place 1500 miles away and they ordered it, sized it and shipped it to us all in 3 days. Edit: manager was supposed to call us back again today. Again, we never heard from her. This has now happened twice. Most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered.

We went in to this Kay’s just to take a peek at engagement rings. We clearly explained to the first saleswoman that this was our first time looking and that we weren’t ready to buy. She was nice enough and gave us some education on carats, clarity, etc and then passed us off to another saleswoman. I guess the first saleswoman realized we weren’t going to buy and didn’t want to waste her time. The second one let me try on rings but repeatedly tried to sell us even though we were insistant that we didn’t plan on getting engaged for another year. When we were done looking we politely thanked her and she just rolled her eyes and said nothing. Very rude! Needless to say, when we are ready to buy, we will not be going back.
