Our family experience with the Geek Squad at the Matthews, NC Best Buy Store, have been exceptional for over 5 years. We purchase most of our computer equipment there. I am not a fan of extended warranties, but with owning a small business and having 2 sons that also need a computer, we have found that the extra protection has paid off over and over again. Our most recent experience went something like this: I took my Asus tablet in because of it not holding a charge. Under warranty, they mailed it back for me. Took my husbands old laptop, my old laptop and my current laptop in. It took 40 minutes to convey what needed to be done and to log all of the computers into the system. The next day, I received a call about what we needed done. I was swamped and could not call back. They called again the following day, very nice and polite and updated me.
