We went back to this store after a pleasant experience 6 months ago. We were not disappointed this time either. The sales associates are knowledgeable and down to earth. They have a no pressure sales approach while helping the customer choose the best mattress for their needs. I would highly recommend visiting this store for bed shopping.

We walked in and thought we’d shop around but since they price beat and we got a good deal, we bought the mattress. Vinny was very helpful and assisted in picking out the perfect mattress. I like that they let you return if you find the mattress isn’t a good fit for you. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience shopping here for my new mattress. I went in on a Sunday, after I was in Best Buy. I have been needing a new mattress for about a year, but have been putting off the decision. My daughter got a Tempur Pedic and loved it. So I thought I would try it. Loved it, but I was not sure about spending this much money on a mattress. The sales lady was very nice and was just letting me take my time. I told her I may come back. She told me about the sale that was going on and told me how long it lasted. I researched the location and the mattress. This location of Mattress Firm did not have alot of comments, but I liked Chelsi, the sales lady. So I went back the next Sunday and took my time laying on the different mattress. Chelsi was patient and never rushed me. I purchased a Tempur Pedic and set up the delivery. The delivery guys called me ahead of time on Monday and came by a little early. They were very careful removing my old mattress from an upstairs bedroom. I have hardwood floors and they were very careful. Wonderful experience with the shopping, purchasing and delivery.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place, I bought a bed and went to go get a mattress one Saturday morning. There are mattress firm’s every where here, so I went to one on Independence and the sales dude was very rude he act as if I was bothering him by coming in to purchase a mattress from him. Well isn’t that his job? Any who, he told me that he checked the competition out and no matter where I went that day I wouldn’t be ab le to find a mattress. Well he made me really mad, so I left I went to one down the street in Matthews and the salesman I believe his name was Nick. He was just awesome really sweet guy, it was busy that morning so we had to wait for 30 or more minutes. See had badly I needed a mattress… lol. Finally he was free and guess what he sold me a mattress that the guy up the street who works for the same company told me that they didn’t have because he knew what every one had. Well it just goes to show you can’t always trust what people say, if you want something bad enough you have to go and discover things for your self. I was really pleased with the customer service I got at this mattress firm, really nice people.
