OMG, STAY FAR AWAY! This guy, Anais, totally ripped us off. He took $ 840 and promised to come back the next week to install our new phones and work on some computer issues I had. Then he disappeared! Repeated calls and emails went unreturned, mostly, though a couple of times, he’d set an appointment to come back, then not show up and duck our calls. We contacted the referral agency and the owner had the same experience with him. After 3 months of this, he contacted me to complain about how I’d ruined his business with the referral agency! He said he was out of the country that whole time. Well, first of all, that’s a lie and secondly, there is international communication, Anais. If you were out of the country, why make an appointment, then stand us up yet again? He promised to give us back some money, but of course, that’s another empty promise. Now he’s playing the victim, upset that we messed him up with the referral agency. Yes, the same agency whose calls he ducked for months, the same agency he made unfulfilled promises to. He stole, lied and now has no ownership in his behavior at all.
