Wendy’s

Handy, cheap, good. Wendy’s has always been my pick of the «top three» fast food places (McD’s and BK being the others.) Better burgers, a few healthier choices, and, of course, based in Columbus.
This one is pretty good. Very friendly service, pretty fast (I did not go at the lunch rush, but there were several people ordering mid-​afternoon,) and clean. I had the #1 combo: single with fries. Plus, I got some 99-​cent chicken nuggets. Avoid those– they are overly processed and tasteless. But the sandwich was pretty good. Meaty burger, decent bun, fairly fresh veggies (tomatoes are always the downfall…) The fries were good: bigger and more potato-​ey than McD’s, nicely fried, lightly salted. They have the fancy Coke machines now, like many places.
A quick, satisfying meal, at a convenient location.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is only mediocre… I hate that they changed the fries. I don’t get the draw. Burgers are tasteless. Gimme BK any day.

What can you say other than Wendy’s is consistent. My order has always been spot on at this location. Very nice staff, quick service and you always get through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes.
