When I first went in I got a good vibe. Mark was very nice and helpful asked a lot of questions to help us get what we need. After we made the purchase he told us one week. Then called us later that week on I want to say Friday when our bed is to be delivered on Saturday. And said it will come next Wednesday. By then we had already cleared out our room and don’t have a bed to sleep on. They said to make up for our inconvenience here is a mail in rebate for a 19 in TV. We didn’t want the TV, we asked if there was another way to acommodate us they got very rude and just kept saying no. Then Wendsday came no one called us to say when our bed was being delivered so we called them. They tell us that they can not bring it until Saturday again… So we call the customer service number and talking to them was a joke. No one could do anything looking back I should have just cancelled my order but we was tired of not having a bed to sleep on.
