Starbucks

Starbucks isn’t my favorite coffee place (my favorite is Seattle’s Best) but I am just glad that we have a coffee shop in Marysville since we are a smaller town. I think the employees are nice and the coffee is consistent. My only complaint is the wait but at the same time, I understand because there always seems to be a lot of people here, probably because there aren’t any other coffee shops in town other than Tim Hortons (which I don’t go to).

For a Starbucks not so nice. Bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. Staff needs an updating in training; more interested in arguing among themselves than taking an order. Ordered two Christmas Blend and was served «half Pike Pike Place half Christmas Blend since we didn’t have enough for two.» Unbelievable.

Even when slammed, the people working there were very friendly. The coffee was excellent and we’ll worth the money.

I am from Washington state, where it is not uncommon for there to be several Starbucks in a single town. I’ve been to several Starbucks all over the country. This is literally the slowest one I have ever been too. That is their ONLY consistency. There is not enough room sometimes in their drive-​through to get in line without blocking the intersection. So… I parked and sent My daughter inside. There were two people ahead of her. I counted 20 cars that they served before my daughter came out. I wish I was exaggerating or elaborating… I have several stories like this, as it is the only Starbucks in town. They are slow and snarky, and the shop is unattractive.

The crew yesterday evening was a mess. It took half an hour to get iced tea which is already made!!!

Waited for 15 minutes for a simple coffee, watched people behind me in line get their complicated frapps and such before me and then when i finally got mine it was wrong. Waited another five minutes just for them to fix it again without apology and bad attitude. Still crappy coffee at the end. Wouldn’t recommend. /:

This Starbucks is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient. My drink is always a special order and is made perfectly every time I matter who the barista is. The drive through is always backed up but the wait usually isn’t too long.

This is my regular and very favorite Starbucks! All of the employees here are super friendly and always quick service. Very clean store and the coffee and food never disappoints. My favorites are the cinnamon dolce latte and the coconut mocha in it’s short lifespan! Bring it back! Please!

Typical Starbucks, staff is good. A little pricey. Coffee is ok. Stopped in cause I had some time to kill & needed coffee.

I popped in here after a doctor’s visit. Three people on hand, a backed up drive thru, and as far as I could tell, the third employee was arguing on the phone with someone about how «she shouldn’t have to be here because there is a storm coming.»
This made for a slow, below par experience for something so damn formulaic.

It’s Starbucks… nothing much to say that you don’t already know. They do have a small patio section that comes in handy during the summer and a drive-​thru. I would say if you are in a hurry to just go inside because the drive-​thru is always backed up and the parking was not designed for such originally.

I liked the service better when it first opened, they have a lot of teenagers who dont pay attention or seem to be goofing off all the time. The time it takes to get your drinks has gotten longer and now they don’t apologize or offer you vouchers. The used to offer a free drink voucher when you waited past a certain point, now they dont seem to care about how long you wait. I tink the old furniture was almost more comfortable and less trendy. now everything looks distressed and beaten up.

Just like most Starbucks. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Like nearly all Starbucks locations, product and service is great. The atmosphere isn’t all that good, but they really didn’t have much to work with given the view is of the McDonalds drive thru and a parking lot. If you don’t want to look outside, it is nice.

Grande Single Pumpkim Spice Latte please. That’s my drink of choice in the fall. I really like the Marysville Starbucks. They have both a drive thru & indoor seating with free WiFi. The staff here are really trained well. They have that million dollar Starbucks smile each time you come & are extremely helpful with any questions you may have. They often run the $ 2 drink special. Basically if you purchase a drink they print you up a $ 2 drink receipt and you can come back later & pay $ 2 vs. the higher or regular price. Good Marketing there.
The inside is very comfy & cozy. They sell all the typical SB mugs, coffee’s, desserts and more. This reminds me of a smaller version of the Dublin store. I honestly have never had a bad drink or bad service at the Marysville location. Two thumbs up from me.
