Service slow slow. Was expected to know where menus were stuffed after I asked for one. Tested 5 wings. Sauce good. They need to up the grade of wings, they sucked. I travel the country a LOT, and wings are not the specialty here in my opinion. Waiting for bill 20 min doesn’t help either. Was close to hotel, a plus. They should order better from their distributor. This was not top level.

Yum! I love Roosters. I always get the fried chicken salad with house dressing and have not yet been disappointed with the food. The service is ok but I have had some less than stellar experiences at this location where I’ve had to get up and ask for the check because the waitress didn’t check in on us… like at all. I have cravings for this salad so I’ll be back to get my fix. Maybe just take-out next time, though.

If you want some good greasy food, this is the place. My husband would eat here every week, if I didn’t like to change it up! We always get the boneless wings with spicy garlic– the best! The wedge salad is perfectly crisp with the right amount of tomatoes, blue cheese and other yumminess(if you are looking for something less greasy). We love the loaded dumpster fries, too! So many good options here and never disappointed. Definitely the best wings in our opinion.

This is the most disgusting restaurant in Marysville, DONOTEATHERE! My daughter worked there for 5 months. they have mold in several ice machines, ants crawling on the pop machine in the back area and black mold underneath it and on the spouts where the soda comes out! IF you do go, wash your silverware with wet naps and ask for water in a carry out cup, or a bottle as these items are not properly sanitized or cleaned. One of the managers named Krystal, saw a wing dropped on the floor and told a waiter to pick it up. it was served to a customer! What kind of manager would do such a thing, she should be fired! I wouldn’t let my dog eat here!!! Disgusting!

I was hesitant to come back, after a few bad experiences and seeing that others had had the same service issues. But I had some extra time, and wanted wings. I got the sweet Thai boneless wings, and a half«RBB» salad(red, bacon, bleu, I believe.) Service was great– friendly and fast. The food… was fine. The wings were cooler than I would like. Plenty of them, though, and they were big and meaty, in a tasty sauce. The salad was fresh and had a nice mix of the advertized ingredients. I’m glad I gave them another shot, and I’ll try to stop back. Glad to see service has improved.

called to place a pick up order in our way thru town and was put on terminal hold. we are in an RV and wanted to order and pick up and keep going down the road. the young woman that answered sounded like she had a mouth full of wings so I didn’t even realize she asked me to hold until she repeated it. we decided to go to Wendy’s… not the same, but I’m sure we can get some food and be on our way. I would have preferred to give zero stars but that isn’t an option.

5÷30÷2015 Lunchtime 11am-12pm Greeted the instant I walked through the door. Just opened for lunch so seating was immediate. Nice atmosphere and really nice décor. Placed has appropriate lighting, not to bright, not too dark. Place is very clean. So a A+ for appearance and cleanliness. Unfortunately all the females servers hung out the entire time gossiping. Right at the bar in direct line of sight when you walk in. I ordered 4 grilled chicken strips and a bowl of chili. Chili was nothing special. Wendy’s chili is better. The chicken strips were grill nice and were not dried out. All in all, this place seems to be nothing special. A okay place but I would not choose it again. Food served in about 16 minutes after ordering.

I love Rooster’s, but this location just sucks. The food is great, although the last two times it was served to us cold. Literally, cold food. The main reason I won’t go to this location is because the service just plain out sucks. The waitresses are young(early 20’s) and never smile or converse. I’ll drive to Polaris for Rooster’s from now on.

Been to most of Roosters restaurants many times across Ohio over years and first at this one on a Sunday at 2. Busy but not crazy. Young female waitress was apitamy of young work ethic. Showed zero interest or care in our lunch experience. Came once to order drinks, once much later to take order and later to get paid. Had to hail her down for anything else and hard to do when she was gone for long periods. Anyway was record in my many years of going with a 45 minute wait for table of 6 to get their food. And on top of that the girl who brought my red, bacon, and blue salad began to hand me my specialty salad by saying«oh btw, we ran out on blue cheese… sorry» Really?!! Wtf! That’s one of the key three ingredients! Lol! I said I didn’t want it and she said oh ok I’ll ask them if they can take off bill. Like was an issue. So, poor service and long wait without the usual manager visit that is customary for them especially when there was an issue. Won’t be back at this one. Writing this one after just had my hearing peirced by excessively loud tv’s at Roosters in Pickerington. Ugh! At least we got ok service and a salad as described there. Need some regrouping and attention there Marysville! Suggest trying elsewhere.

Good wings and service. The wings are larger than expected — a good thing! It’s a great place to take your kids out for dinner. Quick service, tv and large tables to accommodate a big family. Prices are very reasonable.

I wanted so badly to give Roosters a five star rating. The food itself is always insanely delicious. Seriously, it’s my absolute favorite. Here’s why I didn’t give them a fifth star. One night my boyfriend and I stopped in for our weekly Roosters visit(I’m not exaggerating, it’s my favorite food) and was being served by a younger girl that looked to be about 20 or so. She was slow bringing out the drinks, slow bringing out the food, and did not smile ONCE. If it were a single occurrence, I wouldn’t dock a star off of my rating, but the point I’m making here is that about half of the waitresses are either slow or have a bad attitude(sometimes both). With the service being so bad all of the time, we almost stopped going. Until recently, we were served by a waitress named Angel. She was quick with getting our drinks, and she actually smiled and CONVERSED with us. What it comes down to is good food and a good time, as long as you request the right waitress. From now on, we will request to be served by Angel, and if she’s not there, we will cross our fingers and hope for a decent waitress.

Food is amazing and it is a fun atmosphere. I recommend this place for people who are looking for a laid back & casual place to hang out, chat, have wings & beer. This place is hopping during football season as well!!!

Pretty darn good boneless wings and fried pickles. Decent draft beer selection and nice happy hour prices. My only complaint was that the beer from the left tap bank was a little warm. Asked for a beer from the other taps and it was a good temperature.

A great alternative to the crowded Columbus Rosters restaurants for those of us in NW Columbus. Our server was pleasant and the food was delivered quickly and right the first time. Todays wings were delivered in an excessive about of grease. Otherwise you can expect the same Rosters food at a more convenient location.

We eat here periodically and I’m not sure why. The menu is mediocre at best and the wings are actually much better at quaker steak and lube. The service is atrocious. Our typical experience is to sit… find a reasonably friendly waitress… but then two tables who sit down at the same time as us always seem to leave before we are even served our food. I’m not really a person who gets overly irritated about service at restaurants… but the service we receive is consistently subpar… its frequent enough that we probably won’t be back and is likely just bad service and not just a bad day!

If you’re going to go on a Friday night, come early or prepare to hunt for parking and sit at the bar. This place is exceedingly popular with the Marysville locals. With inexpensive eats and a casual sports pub atmosphere, it’s not particularly surprising. For me, it’s a bit of déjà vu since it the chain is almost identical to Frickers up north… not surprising since both franchises are owned by the Frick family. It’s the same wood panels, road house ambiance, pretty-girl servers, jokey menu, and focus on wings. Not being a fan of wings in general, I can’t comment. I instead opted for a BBQ burger, a half pound of grilled meat with crisp bacon and a sweet sauce. It’s a good, solid burger with a home-grilled quality to it that is pleasant. It is also quite filling, which is good since there are no accompaniments as at other restaurants. Fries and such cost extra. This, though, enables to Roosters to keep the prices a little lower than other sports bars. As to service, I didn’t really have any problems. Things were slow, but given that every table was full and the front counter was bustling with take out orders, I wasn’t particularly surprised or concerned. The staff at the bar were helpful and polite, and I and had no issues using a coupon I’d brought with me. In all, it’s a good solid sports pub, the kind of place you go out with your buddies for some drinks and wings while you watch the game, or when you want a better-than-a-burger-joint-burger for a decent price. Just be sure to go early if you want a table without a wait.

Roosters, if it were not for your amazingly delicious and juicy wings, I probably would have said, «To Hell with you!» The Marysville Roosters is the only location I have ever been to, so I can’t compare this to any other locations unfortunately. The waitresses at this location are almost unbearable. They’re all high school seniors with thick makeup, bad hair jobs, and pouty«whatever» expressions on their faces. You get service, but whether it’s good or not is at your discretion. I found out this weekend that sitting at the bar opposed to their floor seating and ginormous six top tables is better, and at least you know your bartender is not some bratty high school-er. Don’t come to roosters expecting anything more than a redneck man cave, because you’ll be grossly disappointed. Beer signs, Nascar signs, and really bad redneck humor signs attempt to hide the awful wooden paneling strewn about the place. The floors are always slick like with foods remnants and grease, and most often the tables are sticky with leftovers and spilled beer. The only thing I can recommend to appease your stomach is their wings. Whether you like traditional, boneless, or even chicken tenders, you won’t be disappointed in the size, or the sauces. Roosters has one of the best Medium wing sauces other than an old joint called«Buffalo Wings and Rings», which is no longer in business. Roosters has a plethora of sauces sure to satisfy any palate. Another thing that Rooster’s has going right is their bleu cheese dressing. It’s a creamy, thick mixture, on the verge of fluffiness. It’s a simple surprise compared to out of the bottle bleu cheese dressing. They must add sour cream, or something else to it, but it makes it a heavenly additive to almost any food served here. Drinks are well priced as boasted by the Honda associates. Their on draught shouldn’t disappoint, and they also have a full bar to wet most whistles. My only disappoint is that they don’t serve High Life. Can’t a classy lady get her champagne of beer? Come on, now! The subs are good, the pizza is mediocre-boring, and the appetizers are dull, so pass on that and dessert. Feast like a king on meat and beer, and you’ll feel like a champion. But seriously, Roosters! Can’t we at least get some good service?!

This place had a good amount of people. I must have picked the table which caused confusion among who my server was. Otherwise, I had 3 servers. one for each item I ordered. An iced tea, char-grilled chicken sandwich, and boneless garlic wings. The char-grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t bad, I had it with cajun seasoning. It was a typical sandwich. For the wings I ordered just a couple of them with garlic sauce. Most of the sauce was on the bottom with the wings on top. Some of the wings came out dry and I had it swirl it around to get some of the garlic sauce. Definitely not the typical Hooters drenched wings. Which I may say is actually a positive.

Forget Bdubs, Roosters is where it’s at. Their wings are double the size and have so much more flavor. The Roosters in Marysville looks exactly as the other restaurants in Columbus. Wood floors, wood tables & high tops. Nice long bar. The service is always good. I always get the boneless fingers shaken in medium bbq extra wet. I do the bone in sometimes too. They have Keno at this location. I have never played but will someday. I like doing carryout here too. Orders are always correct and just as good as dine in. Love their chips with jalapenos and cheese sauce too.
