The food is always usually fresh, but I don’t understand how you charge for condiments. The sign on the window says X amount of cents for EXTRA dipping sauce. If I get one dipping sauce with my meal how are you gonna charge me for it? That’s ridiculous. The only time it comes complementary is with the nuggets. This is the only Wendy’s that does that. The sign is misleading as well. Trying to make a couple extra cents to the company is wrong. I’ll be contacting corporate on this too

Whatever you do, try to avoid this place. Or at least avoid the drive-through because they will always get your order wrong. It’s more convenient for me to go through the drive-through and if they don’t forget the sauces(which I pay 25 cents), they get the order wrong. They seem to be always talking and not be focused on their job. I would suggest going to In n out down the street since it’s cheaper and more focused on doing their job than talking.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! 3 times now we’ve been treated rudely by the staff! They talk shit in Spanish and little do they know I speak Spanish, just cause I’m white, blonde hair and blue eyes doesn’t mean I don’t know what they are saying, any way TODAYWASMYLASTSTRAW, my husband found HAIR in his food, we took it to the manager and she rolled her eyes at him and asked what he wanted her to do about it??? No apology, no replacement of food, NOTHING except for a bad attitude! How is it that she’s going to be mad at MY husband for HER cooks getting hair in HIS food???

The service is always fast and the food is made to order everytime. I’ve never visited this location and had cold food. The service is always prompt and the staff is pretty friendly. I like this location very much, usually a stop for me if i didn’t make lunch for work. This Wendy’s sits right across the street from the California Grand Casino and right next door to the Paddock Bowl. Highway 680 runs right behind, so freeway access it’s very close by making this place prime if you’re a person on the go and want a quick meal, be it to go or eating in. Convenient location and not overly busy, this Wendy’s is a great spot to satisfy your hunger! Unilocal about here and be your own judge as always!

Does anyone working in this restaurant speak English as a first language? This place has got so bad today we all walked out. They had some orders so screwed up in front of us we literally watched in amazement the customers trying to make them understand what was wrong. They had to find a employee to converse to the people making the food what they did wrong in Spanish then back to English. It was a circus to say the least. Wendys at this location is a joke. We blame Wendys corporate for allowing their restaurants to hire people that cant understand or speak English.

There was a FLYINMYFOOD! Ew!!! Never again. I suggest the manager and employees check the food before serving it.

Went there at 935 and their doors were still locked. They open at 930 supposedly. Tried calling their 800 number and had to jump through a bunch of automated questions. I never got to speak to a human. Went to Taco Bell instead.

One of the local Wendy’s, the place is almost always empty but the restaurant itself is big and I’ve had no issues with the staff or food here.

I went through this place yesterday. I don’t think this place is doing well and will likely die. There weren’t even menus up behind the cashier. I just ordered the Asiago Chicken Sandwich which was on the wall. I did not know what else I could get although I tried to remember what the TV ads were. The food was better than I expected. But the place is a little murdery. As soon as you order, you have to wait for the people in front of you to move out of the tiny waiting area so you can get out of the cashier’s way. Cramped serving and ordering space. I ordered to go and felt glad to be out of there and on my way.

Not all fast food burger joints are alike. Hopefully they have some thing that makes them stand out from the others: McDonald’s is cheap, In-n-Out is tasty, Burger King is In-n-Out with a larger menu, Carl’s Jr has unusual and good combinations, Wendy’s. .. um, Wendy’s has. .. let me think about this… I’ve eaten at Wendy’s several times over the years, and their burgers have been blah. The hunny suggested we go to Wendy’s tonight(actually I’d be punished if I said no because I *am* a husband, y’know), so we came here. Yep, they’re still blah. Better than McDonald’s, but not by much. Fries aren’t that great either. Huge drinks, it’s kinda hard to mess up the drinks. «How were the chicken nuggets?» I asked my daughter. «Yum», she replied. Location, location, location. On the main street in Pacheco. In a scuzzier part of town. The building is kept clean inside and out, but it’s still bare-bones, and no sense making it more than just bare-bones. It’ll work if you just need a quick bite to eat for not much money. But In-n-Out is less than a mile south, so it’s far better to go there.

I was looking for a quick and easy lunch on my way home today. I hadn’t been to this Wendy’s in years, and it used to be great. This was, by far, the worst meal I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s restaurant anywhere. I ordered a large fry, 10 piece regular chicken nugget, and a small chocolate frosty. It takes me about four minutes to get home from there. By the time I got home, the fries and nuggets were luke warm and tasted like old oil. The frosty was already starting to melt, and tasted stale. I threw it all away after about two bites of each thing. Just hope I don’t get food poisoning! I would recommend that you avoid this fast food restaurant at all costs!

Wendy’s is Wendy’s is Wendy’s. I don’t like the feel of this one on the inside– it’s cramped, it seems like the garbage is always overflowing, and I try not to eat IN here. When I come to this spot, I normally hit the drive through, which always has(at least) 4 or 5 cars in front of me. Appreciate the variety of items– chili, potatoes, delicious salads, and chicken sandwiches.

For years I was convinced that this burger chain was on the verge of death. Imagine my surprise when I read an article recently stating that Wendy’s had overtaken Burger King for the #2 spot. After reading that article, I made a mental note to try Wendy’s one day… today was that day. Burger and fries were solid… will definitely be back.

OMG! There new salads are DABOMB! I by all means am not a fast foody type person however; I recently tried a few of there new salads for lunch and my god were they surprisingly good. I have always been a fan of Wendy’s Chili(which is the only thing I actually would ever get there if in a crunch) though, my most recent discovery and surprise is how fantastic there new and improved specialty salads are. I have tried there Cranberry pecan chicken salad as well as there Cobb salad and both were superb in taste and quality. You have an option to get full or half and both are quite filling. This review is based solely on the Salads and Chili alone and convience of the place. I never have gone in and sat down to eat my food and the service at the drive through window certainly is nothing special, but those salads are definitely worth checking out.

Ever have a day where you feel like the only thing to make it better is some fries from Wendy’s? This my friends, is one of those days. HOT with some crispy but then some crispy and slightly limp – all salted so much your ankles instantly swell. Minus a star cuz a combo meal just about 8 bucks.

This is technically located in Pacheco, not Martinez. I like this location because its close to my office and in a rush I can pull in and get something from the dollar menu. Wendy’s has one of the best dollar menu’s out there. You can get a small salad and a five piece chicken nugget for like $ 2.00. My poor husband had to get a filling today at the dentist and I promised him a shake. I wanted a burger so we comprimised and went here. I have found out that now they not only have Frosty’s they now have Frosty Shakes. The same great taste of a Frosty now in a drinkable form the whole way through. He was very happy. The shakes come in different flavors. He had classic chocolate on my recomendation. I even took some sips even though Im lactose intolerant. The other thing I love about Wendy’s is that the food is alway piping hot. The fries I had almost burned my mouth up. Burgers are always hot with the freshest lettuce, onion and tomato’s on them. They also take debit cards at the drive through window. I never knew that I thought some places didnt do that and they do.
