Took a chance and purchased a refurbished Oregon 450T from GPS Nation. Received the device very quickly and I’m pleased with its performance, so far.

Outstanding costumer service! I happened into the store bc it was near my child’s after school program but the owner was so helpful and knowledgable that I will buy all my running watches from this location in the future. Its difficult to find stores so committed to service, but this one was over the top with their willingness to assist me AND have patience for my rambucious son whom was not making conversation easy. GPS nation will be at the top of my list to recommend to friends and family.

Brandon listened to me, understood my needs then recommended the right GPS… not the most expensive. I was looking for a gps unit for my dirt bike. It had to be rugged, easy to use and powerful enough to get me to the most remote areas in Baja and back safely.

GPS Nation has by far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I rarely write Unilocal reviews, but this company has gone so far above and beyond they deserve all the praise they receive and more! When my GPS watch started acting wonky 36 hours before a big race, the owner Brandon went back to his store AFTER HOURS to grab a new watch, and then Fed Ex’d it to me overnight so I’d have it in time for my race! Who does that?! Only someone who genuinely cares about his customers, that’s who! Plus, my watch came with a two year extended warranty where everywhere else only offers one. I can’t say enough good things about GPS Nation.

Here is my story
I just purchaced the device after reading all there is on it Hoping I made the right decision. I ordered it from Brandon at GPS Nation (Martinez CA.)I activated it and had a problem which required it being replaced.
I was going on a trip to Yosemite & was hoping to bring this along. Brandon went out of his way set me up with a new unit had It ACTIVATED W/​ALL MY CONTACT/​#‘S! I picked it up on the way to my trip.
GPS Nation’s customer service was top notch and he hooked me Up with a good deal and a 2 yr Warrenty.
Brandon is the bomb. He will take good care of you.

Not knowing much about the variety of Garmin products available, I tried GPS Nation, because of their informative website. Brandon assisted me, and I found just what I needed.

I was looking for a local Garmin dealer for help with my GPS. My GPS is a Garmin Nuvi 1490LMT, it started acting up so I downloaded the newest maps and tried installing them. That failed. After 3 attempts I called Garmin Support and after going through their phone message system I was told it would be a 35 min. hold time. NOT!
I called GPS nation and explained my frustration to Brandon and he said that he would take a look and see if he could help. To my great satisfaction, he took ownership of the problem and said give me a couple of hours and I should have it working. He did just that and it was as good as new. The product support he provided was wonderful and he did it at no charge. He also went a step farther and offered to put the maps on the SD card which really was above and beyond what was called for.
