I am not a fan of fast food, but I don’t trust anyone that says they don’t like McDonald’s French fries. Haaa. It’s good to get them a few times a year.(Can I evoke the term«self-care» here?) So, when one of my roommates and I were stretching on what to get for dinner one night, McDonald’s it was. I got my mediocre and dry Chicken Selects and some almost-cold French fries. Boooo. Oh, and the cash register area smells borderline nauseatingly like nail polish remover because of the large nail salon directly next door. I’ll find other McDonald’s to satisfy my occasional McD French Fry cravings at.

It’s been nine days and I still haven’t been here. I found many other choices around the neighborhood. I also just watched some YouTube videos of a lady who has a four year old Happy Meal, and it has not even begun to go bad. Enough said.

We call it the Godzilla factor, when you’re playing a board game and a kid/pet runs over it, you could be mad, or just think of it as part of the game! That’s how this Mcd is, there is a good chance your #5 will be questioned if you said it was a number 4, no «5» you say. Then when you sit down you realize it is actually a number 6! Oh well, at least their Dr Pepper is on tap and working, 50% chance. However, we love hanging out here still, just can’t in all honesty recommend people here unless you accept and appreciate the«Godzilla factor».

Visited this place on 6 occasions during my stay in New York. On 5 of these occasions my order was wrong. For example I asked for a coffee with milk and two sugars, but received an ice cream cone and a cup of milk with two sugars in it. Another example was my girlfriend asking for an Americano and receiving the reply«we don’t sell avocados». I didn’t have any problems when ordering anything else in New York. Awful place.

Waited 10−15min for a shake because the machine was acting up yet when I asked for a large cup of ice water they still had the nerve to ask me for 79 cents. Charging for a large water may be the standard procedure but making a customer wait while you fix your machines isn’t standard and I figured they’d let the 79 cents slide, especially as I didn’t happen to have enough change on hand. Just for the principle of it(and that I was biking back to Brooklyn from here) I left and bought a bottle of water at the bodega next door.

Pretty standard McDonald’s with a ton of great memories from growing up here. Who remembers the ball pit? Oh and I had a ninja turtle themed birthday in the party room they used to have here. Sorry if you missed it, was good times! They have updated the look to be more chic, because we all know that Carrie and Charlotte went to Mickey D’s on the reg. Other than that though nothing really to complain about and actually do kinda like the new look.

I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s a FAIL. Once I came here in the morning to buy an Oatmeal. In ALL the other Mcdonald’s, oatmeal is a packet where they just add water. Why do they add CREAM with water to oatmeal at this location? And when I told the girl specifically that I didn’t order it with cream, I get an eye roll. Doesn’t Mcdonald’s provide picture instructions on how to assemble the products? And I’m pretty sure the pictures are standardized.

Came here on Sunday afternoon. Not too crowded. Free wifi and ok coffee. Since there aren’t any starbucks around this was a tolerable substitution.
