i have been going to Nicole for about 8 months, every time I go i am more impressed of what she does with my hair, she truly is a very talented person. i have been in upper Westchester for 21 years and she is the first person who cut’s and color’s my hair just the way i want it to be. my only regret is that i don’t have a before picture of what my hair looked like when I walked in the salon for the first time. it was horrifying what Tina from salon couture had done to me. she is the most unprofessional business owner i have ever dealt with.

I’ve been going to Salon Escape for almost a decade. I always walk out happy & get repeated compliments on my hair. I go to Liz (I actually followed Liz from another salon she worked at) for both cut and color but the other stylists are as equally talented and professional.
It’s hard to spot from Rt 6 as it sits down a driveway but it’s a convenient location and a really cute space. I highly recommend checking them out!

Nicole is the only reason I keep coming back. She is a sweetheart ! Nicole is understanding of what I want, talented and I always love the end results. The customer service here needs work. I have walked in several times while the owners are at the desk and they are to busy talking or texting to greet. I feel like an ass standing at the desk while I’m ignored. Why do I have to be the first one to say hello? They ask me in a quick manner who I’m seeing and go back to texting. They definitely make you feel unwelcome.

I have been going to Salon Escape for over a year now and I am more impressed every time I go. I have had my hair done by Allie, Lauren and Nicole — all are fantastic! These professional women listen to everything you say and deliver! My Sister in law was just married on November 1st and Allie and Lauren did the entire bridal party as well as the bride. Everyone’s hair was absolutely magnificent and everyone received compliments throughout the day. The Salon has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. When I leave the Salon I feel relaxed and fabulous.

Not impressed. They need more staff so hairdresser isn’t constantly answering phones. Bad location and they don’t take cash tips and no ATM nearby. Not worth it

So thankful to have had the lovely ladies of Salon Escape help myself and bridal party get ready for my wedding day. My day was perfect and they certainly contributed to it! Not only was everyone happy with their hair but we truly enjoyed their company :) My older sister and I were lucky to have had them be a part of our wedding experience and I know the rest of my sisters will be requesting their service when the time comes. 2 weddings down 3 to go! — Tina
