Marlen is an artist. Marlen has a passion and talent for his work that you seldom see. To say that this is the best frame shop I have used would be an understatement. The prices are more than reasonable and seem to me significantly discounted. Marlen takes such great care with absolutely every detail and yet he completes work so quickly. I have brought him dozens of challenging framing jobs over the years and he always delivers beautiful results. I would never use anyone else.
The most important recommendation I can give to Wild Rose is this: Marlon is a wonderful human being and a pleasure to work with. He offers to frame children’s artwork for free. Doesn’t that say it all? We all do business with so many big, faceless companies. Working with a local business like Wild Rose makes me wish we didn’t. Call Marlen at Wild Rose today.

I had a few of my water-​color paintings framed at this place. Each piece is 9″ x 9″. I enjoyed being able to take my time selecting the right color, texture, and matts. The framing itself was done with attention to detail and executed delicately and neatly. The framed pictures were carefully wrapped in protective paper and separated in groups, which made carrying the pieces that much easier. I couldn’t be happier with Marlen’s work.

An AMAZING framing store with incredible attention to detail. Marlon is the best.
I had an extremely fragile piece of art framed here. Marlon noticed the paper it was on wasn’t textured evenly on the print, so he modified it by hand so it was consistent. He was incredibly patient during my indecisive process of selecting the matte. The frame he made by hand is of the highest quality I’ve ever seen. I’m absolutely in LOVE with my print and his prices are SO reasonable. This man has a fine eye for detail and he’s there to guide the decision that will best suit his customers. It’s a relief to find someone so precise and dependable.

This place was recommended to me by an art store in Silverlake. I just picked up two prints from here and they look amazing! Marlon is very professional and meticulous, and the prices are way better than what I was able to get at Balmer’s (which does do very good quality work) and other spots around town. Plus, two prints were done in about a week. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
