Water Heaters Only

Fabian with Water Heaters Only came out for the initial meeting and quote. It was a really good choice to go with Water Heaters Only. It was a lot of work to install the new tankless, do all the plumbing for the new system, and also remove our old water heater and remove the old plumbing. Fabian was there when we were getting a whole new HVAC system installed as well, so he worked very well with the crews that were there that day. Our overall experience was great, and we are extremely satisfied with our new tankless water heater. Works great, water heats up pretty quick, and it is nice to know that the hot water is endless, great when you have 3 bathrooms like we do. Their pricing was good, actually slightly under what we thought the overall cost would be, so we are very pleased.

After experiencing a broken water heater I contacted Water Heaters Only and they sent out Mike, regardless of it being Halloween night Mike had a great attitude and quickly diagnosed the issued. The pilot light on my 3 year old GE water heater kept going out, and my regular plumber and I spent 2 days dealing with Rheem unsuccessfully to get a part for it. I finally decided Rheem was being unreasonable after the plumber followed their instructions on diagnosing the problem and then they still wouldn’t send the part. I’ll never buy a Rheem/​GE water heater again, but this is a review for Water Heaters Only. Since the water heater’s only 3 years old, I’m wasn’t ready to purchase a new one yet, so I decided to go through my home warranty who connected me with Water Heaters Only. Ron showed up within 30 minutes, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Everybody seems to be aware of this problem with GE water heaters, but Ron knew exactly how to fix it, and somehow had the part on hand so was able to fix the issue without having to wait for the part to arrive. He also explained the design flaw that is causing these issues with the GE water heaters. Next time I’m calling Water Heaters Only first.
