I live in the area and thought this would be a convenient place to get filtered water. I bought a 3 gallon jug for my fridge and it leaked from the bottom. Half the water I bought ended up in the shelf of my fridge. When I brought it in to exchange it the cashier was very rude and kept insisting there was no leak, all while grunting and shaking her head as if I was trying to scam her. She did replace it but in a very dismissive way, still insisting that I was lying. I won’t be going back here. Alka Source just opened an Atwater location. They’re friendly and have great water.

I have been coming to get water from here for years. It’s the closest one to my house. It seems clean and the lady that’s there on Sundays is very polite and friendly. But the lady that’s there during the week has no customer service skills. She actually groans and mumbles something when I give her change. It’s not like I am giving her all pennies. Sometimes I have bills and sometimes I pay with quarters. It’s still money. I am taking my business somewhere else.

I’ve been filling up here for several years, the water is mediocre, parking is difficult. and the clerk(short middle aged Hispanic woman) is very unfriendly, appears mad, never speaks nor thanks customers for their business and always looks like she has been sucking on a lemon. The clerk does not thoroughly cleanse the bottles before refilling them. I have been patronizing Gourmet Water for quite a few years until I found a better choice located down the street at York/Figueroa Street, Wateria.

My family goes here to fill up our 4 water jugs. We go through a lot as a large family. The service here is always friendly and helpful. It takes no time to get your water and the price can’t be beat! Parking is annoying, but normally it’s quick enough to pull up to the side for a few minutes then be gone. The carts are handy too, but it’s always good to have some of the guys tag along.

Store owners are funny and friendly. They have carts for those who can’t carry their gallons to the car, so you can just roll it there. Also, you can get scratch tickets, lotto, ornaments, Gatorade and ice cream bars from this place. It’s in a large plaza but parking is always the pits! Ugh I dread driving here to fill up my(2) five water gallons.
