Jenkins Jellies is absolutely delicious! I came across a sample station at Dean and Deluca’s in NYC and am now putting it on a variety of things I’ve never thought I’d put jelly on! Yum.

All I can say is that the homemade Hellfire Jelly should be in everyone’s house! Track it down, more than worth it!

I went to the 2010 Unique LA spring show and bought THREE jars of the organic hell fire! pepper jelly. She was having a deal that I didn’t know about. Buy three and get a discount on the final price! Well, I was all over that.
I bought two small and one large jars for only $ 19. Thinking back, I should have bought more because they are good for a long time.
I found out today that she was completely sold out of this particular jelly! These go by super fast. I know I should buy the other jellies out there that she makes but I can’t compare anything else to this specific jelly. I’ve tried other jalepeno/​pepper jellies before and it’s just not the same!
This is one of the main reasons why I even bother going to Unique LA, is to sample her jellies and buy them by the bunch.
Honestly, I could eat this every day. I wonder if she’ll make it in Costco sized jars? I would totally get it if she did…
