Had to wait 30mins from ordering Dozen medium spice drumsticks(anything you order. You will wait min 30+ mins) Brought home and noticed in the bag were 1 box of chicken, 1 small container with diced rashish(too sweet — i dont like it as much), and few napkins… UMMMmmm where are the utencils?! i. e FORK? or atleast a toothpick??? Dont get me wrong but drumsticks are huge! Its just that you see the chickens thick n oily skin!!! Eww! Sorry but never again ~~~

Worst customer service in ktown. They need to get rid of their cashier/servers if they want to grow their busienss seriously. Maybe, that’s not their goal. I would avoid this place. Their chickens are okay but not worth the money.

Holy shizzz the spicy chicken is really spicy so beware if you can’t handle the heat. I LOVE spicy food but this gets me sweatin! It’s a little dry but I drench every bite in the glorious sauce so it’s flavorful. The wait can get long, depending on the time of day of course. I waited 20 mins — 1 hour. The restaurant is tucked away in koreatown galleria, where the market is. You can park in the structure. It’s free!

I purchased boneless chicken medium spicy. It was tongue burning spicy. I think I was given the wrong order.

Real legit chicken. Actually more than the chicken, the sauces really shine. They know how to make good sauce. Whether you’re feeling spicy or flavored, they can do it right. The only thing is they dont have an independent store where you and your friends can just chill. You just have to sit in those little spots where you are essentially in a super market. However, this is a place where you would probably togo it so for me most of the times I just call to order and pick it up. While youre there, you can pick up some sodas you like in the market so it all works out(no overpriced sodas). All in all, service can be better but it really depends on the person picking up the phone calls so it might go up and down just like any other place. Still the taste covers for it all.

I’ve gone back since my last review and ordered some chicken while shopping for groceries. They were hot and ready by the time I was done checking out. And, they were delicious. I am sorry I was so mean to you before.

OMG! This place has the best chicken in town! Oven-baked but super juicy. Their spicy sauce is to die for. Healthier and cheaper than Kyochon.

Order ahead! Takes at least 30 minutes for the food to come out. They cook it fresh upon ordering. The rice cake and chicken kabobs were so good! The bbq chicken medium spiciness had just enough kick. Want to return and try the extra spicy sauce next. I think the price is on the expensive side for chicken though.

Incredibly good chicken wings! I order an order of the medium spicy whole wings! The sauce is perfect! The wings are baked and not fried, which is a great to know that they are health concious

Called to pick up their bbq chicken at 10:30am knowing that they usually take longer than 20 minutes to fulfill an order. And this time, they said it will take an hour to make the chicken. We came back at 11:40am, and they said it will take another 40 minutes to make the chicken so come back at 12:10pm to pick it up. Lol seriously if u make ur customer wait an hour already, maybe u should’ve taken their numbers and tell them ur oven is not working or it won’t be ready. Sigh. I guess if u really like their chicken u can try and come here and wait 1.5 hour for the food. Would’ve rated zero for this experience.

I ate there with my parents and we all loved it. All 3 of us got the bbq chicken and we devoured our food. I will definitely come back here again.

The chicken is always right on and spicy just how I like it. I recommend the medium which is already pretty spicy. We always get the whole chicken and the skewers. I have been coming here for years and it is always great.

Oven roasted tiny tiny ass chicken. It actually tastes pretty good but at $ 14 a chicken there are better places.

I only tried the bulgogi lunch special and it was good. Serving size was perfect for me and I ate every last bit of it. It consisted of a small bowl of rice huge serving of bulgogi and a small assortment of banchan. I hope that is correct. I could definitely come back and try some more.

Probably one of the better chicken eateries in Koreatown. They make your chicken fresh by baking it and then serving it with your choice of sauce. Their mild still has a hint of spiciness, while their very hot option leaves even someone who’s accustomed to spicy foods to break a sweat. However, while they do serve one of the better tasting chickens, they won’t be getting a five star for a few reasons. First, their chicken is definitely fresh and comes in a good amount, but for the newcomers who know nothing about the place, they have to be prepared to wait as long as thirty minutes for the chicken to be ready. However, after your first visit, you realize that calling in before coming or just shopping around the mall can help you pass the time. Second, while I love that the chicken is baked, I more often than not get chicken that sometimes have been overcooked to a point where much of the skin is seared black with various edges of the chicken burnt. While it’s as easy as ripping each piece off, it just sucks when sometimes that burnt taste kind of gets mixed with the sauce. I’ve sometimes requested that my chicken be less overcooked on the phone and they’ve made sure I got no burnt chicken, but when people start placing orders consecutively, the chicken is served a bit overcooked and you can tell by how hard certain parts of the chicken are, even while submerged in their assortment of dipping sauces. Third, the consistency of the sauce seems to hurt the taste of the chicken at times. Sometimes I get a batch of chicken drenched in a slimy sauce that tastes great, but sometimes the sauce is served so watered down that you can kind of taste the difference. Probably just one of those bad batches or just the juices of the chicken mixing in with the sauce, but would definitely be nice to consistently get a good batch of sauce that stays starchy and flavorful throughout the course of one’s meal. Overall, the chicken is really great. Has certain unavoidable flaws that is easily overwhelmed by Vons Chicken’s great products, but we prepared to pay the increased price of $ 14.16(around there) for a whole chicken. Definitely not cheap, but can adequately serve 2 people’s servings.

This is inside the Galleria market, in the way back corner(not in their top floor foodcourt) When i shop hungry, i always grab their $ 2+ skewer that has 3 pc chicken and 2 rice cake on a stick, like shish kabob. I get their original medium hot spicy sauce. It’s perfect portion for me. It takes awhile to get a box ordered, so order it while you shop and pick it up as you check out of the register. Love their bbq sauce. Roasted chicken, FTW! =) If you want more sauce they’ll charge you extra, so ask the guy in the back ^.~

One of the favorite chicken place because it’s baked and it’s spicy, plus it plain awesome… at least before when it was $ 9.99. Now, they raised the price 30% to $ 12.99…what a wallet killer! Medium spicy is perfect taste, but be ready to wait 20 minutes to get the chicken. Be smart and shop in the market since you will get a buzzzz when its ready! Come to this place too much time when I want some chicken that is yummy. The price better not go up more because the stars will be dropping and that means I will be dropping by less.

Great chicken! The dipping sauces are not that great but luckily the chicken is very good and reasonably priced. It is made to order so its best to order your chicken then go grocery shopping for 20 – 25 minutes then come back and enjoy your dinner at the tables they have. Give it a try! you can taste the flavor and spices. Very nice

Very good baked chicken in korean town! Location/parking: It’s located on a T-intersection in the galleria. Parking is good for 2 hours, validation not needed. This chicken baked restaurant is located near the korean market!(first floor) Service: Service is amazing – the workers are really nice and gave me good explanation of each item. The food however, will take long! At least 15 minutes wait. Seems like they make the food when you place an order. That is good but for someone who wants take out – I really much advice you to call in advice to order! I didn’t know and was actually in a rush. So, I end up eating while driving. :( Food: I ordered the popular boneless BBQ chicken – it is very good and very flavorful. It’s so flavorful that I actually wanted to eat that with rice. :(Rice cost extra. I also got it with bones.haha. Next time – stick to bone less :) ! Usually, I like my food spicy. I got it spicy and you must beware. it is pretty spicy(coming from an asian – it must be bad)!! :)
