Tokyo Cube

I’m so happy to welcome Tokyo Cube to my neighborhood. I tried it just a few nights ago and it was so good I already stopped there for takeout again tonight. Everything we tried was good, from sushi to tempura udon to Thai iced tea to tempura ice cream. The crispy brussels sprouts are amazing! The service is very good and friendly. This will be my new go-​to spot for delicious food and takeout in my neighborhood.

Amazing new place…, yum yum yum. Recommend to everyone. Would definitely come back again and again.

Cute place. Randomly cane here before a trip to universal and delightfully enjoyed a poke bowl and a lunch special. Don’t forget to check in. Their gyozo is fried a bit differently making it extra crunchy. Yummm

I don’t write review so often. Just only the place that earn it. Well, this is one of a few.
A lot of innovative menu Chef Joe has offered: Japanese King Crab Carbonara, Undon Padthai, and Ramen Khoaw-​soi
The staffs are nice and attentive.

Delicious, healthy and comfort food. Love it. Have been coming here a lot and addicted to the Alaskan Poke Bowl, or something like it. Very sweet staff, cozy atmosphere.

A new restaurant on a busy street. Probably not the best place to sit outside, but we did!
Sashimi lunch special with miso soup, salad and generous portion of selected sashimi. Brown rice to share on the side.
Price fair. Service friendly. Next time I would sit inside and try some other dishes — although the menu is a little overwhelming.

Came here with some coworkers and I’m SUPER excited about how trendy and clean this place is. Calling all IG hipsters. Everything about their food is picture perfect. I ordered the Alaskan Poke bowl, which came perfect with a dressed salad, fried onion bits, seaweed salad, sushi rice, and toasted sesame seeds. My party also ordered the chicken karaage, which came in the cutest wire basket, but my favorite was the popcorn shrimp (reminiscent flavored of honey walnut prawns.) I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I enjoyed the meal until every last bite and most definitely would recommend.

***The reviews of this place are fake.*** I don’t really write bad reviews but literally everything I ordered when I got delivery was terrible not to mention IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO COME AND I’M A BLOCK AWAY. They tempura was sopping in grease, the sushi was DISGUSTING and not fresh, and the chicken teriyaki was dry and gross. If i could give no stars I would. Thank you eat24 for issuing me at least of half refund of this garbage they delivered to me.

I live in the neighborhood and was excited to try this new place out.
We ordered Garlic Edamame, Shrimp tempura, Dragon roll, Barham roll and Tokyo Cube sashimi box. Everything was fresh and delicious especially Tokyo Cube sashimi box — we had to fight for the last piece! Their customer service is fast and very friendly and the interior is very stylish. Oh, and the menu is very diverse. Usually I stick to my favorite items but here I am looking forward to try new things as their selection is amazing. Great place, we will definitely be coming back frequently.

I moved around the area and I was craving for some Asian food. My boyfriend and I found this spot on Unilocal so we wanted to try it out. We fell in love with the Alaskan poke and we’ve been getting it ever since. We usually order it with extra salmon. So far I have eaten at this place twice and have ordered take out. You can’t go wrong with their miso ramen as well. I tried their shine bright like a diamond roll, but it didn’t really stand out to me. I’m definitely going to try other rolls next time I come back. I also like how their Thai tea tastes like. I’m very particular with Thai teas and this place has met up to par!

I’ve eaten here for lunch twice, and both times I though it was awesome. Amazing crispy tuna, love the bowls too. The service is fast and friendly. Bringing the coworkers there for lunch.

were the other reviewers close friends and family? my sashimi salad was the least appetizing i’ve had. severely unimpressed… and i looove sashimi salads. seriously, the sashimi was just poor in quality and taste. pretty much killed me and my friend’s appetite a few bites in.
I also tried the ramen, i repeat… tried. ugh. just not feeling it. i don’t even care enough to get into why. but who cares about this review? im just sitting here $ 46 later and im annoyed and still hungry because i just dont want to finish this food.
i feel like crazy person because apparently this is top-​notch, authentic amazingness. i really am not feelin it though. never again. so many good places in town

I ordered a Pad Thai and it was not very good … It’s not like a traditional Pad Thai, and has a very different feel to it. Didn’t work for me. I also ordered dumplings and they where also different, not that different is bad, however, for this place it was bad different for me.

Once again didn’t disappoint! Loving this place! If you live in the Pass it’s a must for a stop a short stop for booze, cross the street and you’re in! Joe is the man and has a wonderful reputation as a bomb sushi master. Especially with this weather, the place is the bomb. They even kept the place open late just for the two of us. Check it out and enjoy!

Their albacore poke bowl is so good! I will definitely be back. Really cute place, friendly staff. Hoping they get their liquor license soon. I really want to see this place do well because I would hate to see it go. It’s a little gem on Cahuenga!

I’m so glad I found this place, the food is excellent. I was in town on business and craving Japanese food when I discovered the most delicious sushi.

I went there a couple days ago, it was my first time. I was impressed with the atmosphere at Tokyo cube, they have really cute patio and the inside is wonderful. I sat at the sushi bar then ordered Miso Raman, Poke tuna bowl and Takoyaki, so delicious, perfect test. I can’t wait to go back again. Sushi chafe and waitress are humble and friendly.

Try the albacore sashimi. I ordered it based on the chef’s recommendation and loved it. My date had the tuna poke bowl and thought it was great as well.

Came here for lunch today. So excited a new place opened up because this is right next to my work so super convenient. I ordered a yellow tail hand roll and an albacore special poke bowl. I have been wanting a place for a good poke bowl nearby and I’m so happy I found it! Their food is excellent. So delicious and fresh. Their customer service is also great. Come visit them and keep this place in business!

The udon noodles could not have been more tasty with sauces and soups I’ve never before had the opportunity to partake. I’m telling you, as a 300 pound man who has eaten all over the world, we are sincerely blessed to have this new restaurant in our midst. Do not miss the Thai Ice Tea or tempura fried green tea ice cream with drizzles of rich chocolate for desert. In fact, just arrange your schedule around coming to Tokyo Cube as much as possible. Both your taste buds and your sense of adventure will appreciate it.
