I have been coming here forever and it never gets old. It is one of my favorite places at the market. Their waffles are AWESOME and their crepes are fabulous. There are paninis, salads, and soups as well! I love the side salads with dijon dressing with my crêpe. You can get a full french press of coffee too.

I love The Grove — not for shopping, but for walking around and getting snacks to eat. The Crêpe Company is always a go-to since they have a wide selection of savory and sweet crepes. I always craft my own since I tend to be choosy and know what I want when I am craving it. Sit at the bar, it’s always neat to watch the guys cook the crepes. The staff is fun and super friendly. They are always busy, so they’re quick to respond and make the food. I especially love when they just give you the can of reddi whip and trust you to make the judgement of how much whipped cream you want on your dish — so cool! The orange juice is super fresh. I always get a cup when I go here. Busy, a bit loud, but a great place to enjoy the sunny days in Los Angeles!

Watching the chefs make crepes is one of the best parts of eating here! They pour the dough onto these giant metal platters and then flatten it out with a roller. The crepes themselves are delicious. No, they are not as good as actual French crepes I’ve had in France, but they are some of the best I’ve had here in LA. I’ve had the Phillipe, the Suzette, the Marie Antoinette and others. I particularly enjoy the mornay sauce. The onion soup is also quite tasty!

Yummy! A must place to eat at the Farmer’s Market. Friendly and attentive customer service with warmth. I’m a crêpe snob, and this is the place to enjoy one. You won’t ever have a better crêpe than here. Don’t miss this place, and order more than one if you are sharing.

Food is good. I love the staffs there. They are very friendly and seem happy to work there. I recommend chicken Panini. Very hot and tastes good. Also tried L’ Opera.(crepes with avocado and tomato etc) is OK just personal think crepes should be with sweet. Sweet crepes are always good there.

Food is delicious and it’s honestly one of the best places to eat at the Grove. It is a little pricey but customer service is good. La Normandie is a savory crêpe and it comes with a side salad. Only downside is that the chicken from the crêpe is incredibly dry and hard to eat. Sweet crepes are delicious. They cater!

One of the many places within the Farmers Market. We were going to brunch later in the afternoon, so I wanted a more savory crêpe. I chose the La Marie Antoinette, which simply means I was able to choose four fillings. I chose mozzarella cheese, avocado, spinach, and mushrooms. If I had to choose again, I probably would get sour cream or another softer filling. The crêpe was amazing, and it was cooked perfectly. I simply would have liked a bit more«liquid» — the filling I chose made it a little dry. I would also love to go back and try one of their sweeter crepes or waffle creations. A little pricey — $ 10 – 12 a crêpe, but the crepes are quite large, and it also came with a small side salad.

Stopped by the Farmers Market at the Grove and grabbed a Crêpe for breakfast. It was delicious. The strawberry banana-Nutella crêpe was everything you could want in a crêpe! The fruit was pretty fresh. The bacon was yummy as well. I added whip cream and I was in crêpe heaven! Service was pretty fast and they offer parking validation for the Farmers Market parking area!

I am a crêpe fiend. But sadly, I have not had amazing crepes in California. I am a huge fan of the classic style crêpe served on a plate dusted with some powdered sugar and filled with the filling of my choice. As you all are most likely aware… i am a Nutella fanatic so that’s my go-to filling when it comes to crepes! Service here is good … Not bad. People seem friendly, take you’re order and that’s all. Nothing special lol. Rate: 3 stars. The crêpe: I love it it’s slightly crispy on the outside and chewy/fluffy on the inside… they put the perfect amount of Nutella in my opinion — a lot of Nutella — and they serve it on a plate! I just loved it and I haven’t had a better one in California yet… The Nutella oozed from the sides and each bite i found myself falling in love more and more with the crêpe. Check this place out for some bomb dessert! PS the reason it didn’t get a 5 was because of service and also I have had better crepes in different countries so it’s not the best crêpe I’ve tasted in my life.

A little Farmer’s Market action on a sunny Saturday! THEAMBIANCE: The Farmer’s Market is located on the Western end of The Grove. There is special parking for this area in the outdoors parking lot that surrounds the market. There are a lot of cool shops and eateries to try out. Expect a packed place. Dog-friendly. We decided to try this French crêpe eatery for lunch. I liked watching the two(2) men they had making the crepes in the front. When the crêpe was completed they would flip it up on the plate above them. THEFOOD/DRINK: All drink orders come out to the right of the counter and all food orders come out on top of the glass counter in front of the cooks. I like that they have freshly squeezed orange juice. I ordered a single strawberry crêpe and the Warm Goat Cheese Salad w/o sundried tomatoes. I expected one piece of bread to come out with the baked goat cheese on top but I got multiple breads. The French dressing was this interesting sweet, red sauce. I liked that it came on the side. I really enjoyed the salad because I LOVE goat cheese and baked even better! My boyfriend ordered a tomato soup and the Caesar Salad. We both agreed: skip the tomato soup. It tastes like Campbell’s Tomato Soup out of the can. It was bad. THETIPS: Validate your parking when you order. If you order crepes, the powdered sugar to sprinkle on top is self-serve and can be found on the glass counter. They also provide whipped cream on top of the glass counter for you to enjoy.

Waffle was the most airy and crisp at the same time. Tough crepes I wish it was softer. Coffee was good. I’m saving the best for last. Savory number 8 out of the menu. In love!

I had some wine and saw this joint carried a cheese plate option and instantly was craving me some brie! The staff is friendly, but the wait was a bit long on the Fat Tuesday night I went, though they didn’t seem all that busy. $ 10 for a cheese plate seemed a bit on the steep side for my wallet, but like I said I was craving it! The plate itself, however, was a bit of a disappointment. The brie was the only good cheese on the plate. They included some slices of swiss cheese you see on sandwiches, a dollop of blue cheese, small dill pickles, some random bean I couldn’t decipher, and another cheese that had so little taste I couldn’t place the name. It came with a little bit of sourdough bread which was nice, but it certainly wasn’t enough for all the cheese on the plate. And they did not skimp on the cheeses! I feel like I got my brie fix though, and that was what I was after then. I don’t think I’d get that again though.

For less than $ 10(without tax) for a hearty well portioned crêpe is a pretty fantastic deal so I’m not entirely sure what other people expected to pay; I’ve certainly never had a crêpe for less than $ 10 even at a market. I also came on a Wednesday lunch so I got prompt service and my food in under 10 minutes. That said I tried the seafood Thermidor and was pretty disappointed. The crêpe itself was alright but difficult to cut with the plastic utensils, but worse the lobster sauce was just flat out unappetizing and the imitation crab meat was just not doing it for me. To its credit all the seafood seemed fresh minus the crab meat and I wish there had been more of everything else. Maybe their dessert crepes are better, but I don’t think I would try another savory crêpe here.

A good spot in the Original Farmers market. We had the Crêpe Marie, Crêpe Suzette, Genoa Panini and 2 cup french press pot. The Crêpe Marie was good, had a good amount of filling is to the crêpe ratio. My favorite was the crêpe suzette as it was punchy enough(i think they had a lot of liquor ;)). The panini was ok, could have had more vegetables inside it. The salad is good with the dijon mustard dressing. The coffee was ok and provided a good wash down after the crêpe. Would have appreciated fresh milk though.

Out of all the places to eat, I am disappointed to have chosen this place for my dinner. I usually love crepes, but the crepes here(the crêpe themselves, not the filling) lacked flavor and didn’t have the soft texture of your typical crêpe. It tasted more like a «doughy tortilla». For dessert, we got a banana, strawberry, and Nutella crêpe. You’d think it would be hard to mess up on such a basic crêpe. Unfortunately it was not quite satisfying as well. There are definitely better places to go for«crepes»; it was still an experience though. lol.

Dropped in for breakfast while waiting for our turkeys. The so-called scrambled eggs were simply raw eggs spread over the crêpe in a thin layer, cheese and tomato slices, not the diced tomatoes listed in the menu, added, the crêpe folded and flipped cheese side down to melt the cheese. This took the eggs away from the heat & they never cooked. The sweet crepes may be excellent but if you want to avoid salmonella I’d stay away from the egg containing breakfast crepes.

Yeah this place still isn’t shabby. I mean I do not know how«authentic» it is but all that aside the food comes out nice n hot, portions are pretty good size and who doesn’t like cheesy saucey goodness wrapped in a buttered crêpe?!! If you do not like any of the above… then do not get a crêpe: P Price could be cheaper but oh well it’s average for the Farmers Market/The Grove

The Farmer’s Market can be overwhelming, but once you find your spot it really isn’t all that bad. I have two go to places when I’m here. First is the churrascaria and the second is this spot. One of the reasons I love this place is besides the great food they serve, it is kababayan owned and the staff are my people. I end up shooting the shit with them in Tagalog. It takes a little bit of time to find this place since they’re located towards the back. On the upside, there’s a lot of tables in the area so you’ll always find a seat. My friend and I dropped by before making our way to Pacific Theaters to watch a movie just shortly before dinner rush and were in and out within 5 minutes. I’ve been here so many times and usually try a different dish during each visit. This time around my friend and I split La Chez Moi. It’s basically the basic nutella crêpe. We were in a bit of a rush so we didn’t put any extra toppings on it. They have powdered sugar available for everyone. We ate it as soon as we got it and it was so good. I watched the guy make our food and he was highly entertaining. And yes, as mentioned by other people they can be on the pricey side, but I will say that it’s definitely worth it and I’d just like to mention that every other spot at the Farmer’s Market charges about the same. The service here is always great. Be it if you sit at the bar or if you take your food to go. The guys working the front yesterday were really nice. I was helping him yell out numbers when orders that were ready weren’t getting picked up. Everyone is very friendly and personable.

This little crêpe store is located in the Farmer’s Market next to The Grove. I was walking around with my brother and decided to give this place a try. Their price is a bit on the higher side compared to the other food places in the Farmer’s market, but for its quality & amount of food, it can be worth it. 1) BEEFSTRAGANOFFCREPE: omg this crêpe was SOGOOD. the crêpe was filled with very good portion of the beef and perfection of flavor in every bite. Crêpe includes strips of beef, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. the plate came with a side of salad. I didn’t like the salad dressing, it was a little bitter for my taste. Good portion of food. 2) ROMAPANINI: This cold sandwich was also very good. In the sandwich came with Italian Prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato and basil. I really love prosciutto and this sandwich didn’t disappoint. This plate also came with a side of salad, with the same(kinda bitter) yellow dressing. 3) CEASARSSALAD: your ordinary salad with chicken. The chicken might be a little salty for most people’s taste, but I personally liked it alot. The only complain I have about all the salads is that they were kind of warm. I prefer my salad kind of cold. I also ordered the french vanilla coffee, which they did warn me that it was really sweet, and yes, it was VERY sweet, but also really rich in flavor. My brother got the freshly squeezed orange juice and it was BOMB. Kinda wish I got the OJ instead lol. The total for everything was around $ 45. Overall, I liked the food and I will probably come again, but first need to try the other food places at farmers market first: P

I want to like this place so badly; especially due to the tantalizing aromas always wafting from their crêpe and waffle makers. But sadly, every time I come here, the crepes are too stiff & tasteless, the waffles not fluffy enough, and the service leaves much to be desired. Now, that may sound a bit picky, but for a tiny food stand that has the words«French,» «Crêpe,» and«Company» in its name, you kind of have to walk in there with high expectations. And don’t even get me started on their prices. The one winning point is that, bland as the food may be, they do have a hefty number of offerings, and the ingredients– the strawberries & bananas, anyway– are always fresh & delicious. Finding seating can be a pain, the area can become quite crowded, and their plastic utensils can barely cut through the rough texture of their crepes & waffles. If I were you, I would seek sustenance elsewhere in this hub of culinary wonders. There are better options.
