The Body Shop

I way prefer The Body Shop to Bath & Body Works. I feel like their stuff is more holistic and natural and I couldn’t live without their seaweed exfoliator and vitamin e face wash. Bath and Body works always seems to me like they’re just putting a ton of scent over products that really aren’t that great and might as well be Suave, no offense. I love their Body Butter too, and their mineral makeup lines are pretty good, although they don’t have as much of a range of shades as I’d like.

For the longest time, I’ve been buying my shower gel from The Body Shop. I went there last night to buy some more and was informed of their current special. Buy two shower gels and you get one free. Okay, if you haven’t tried their shower gel this is the time to go try (two) and get the third free. They have an unscented shower gel so you can add whatever scent you like to it. Have fun shopping and washing!

Now maybe it is just me, but every time I go to The Body Shop with a guy friend, they somehow see the blotting paper package by the register and mention in a serious way they didnt know the company sold blunt wraps/​rolling paper. And every time they do me and the cashier joke about it. It happened a few years ago in Boston and a few days ago at the one in Century City. The cashier was like «well they’d be natural and smell good» in a half serious tone trying to hide the fact they have probably tried to roll stuff using the papers. I love the scents here and how they are knowledgeable and things are appropriately priced..
