Helpful staff at a well-kept, organized location. There are always multiple free samples of hot and cold tea, which are a refreshing option as you browse the shelves. I occasionally order ice tea to go from the drink counter, namely the Raspberry Limeade, which is amazing. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable about their products, especially ones online that they don’t carry in-store. However, there’s usually too many employees on the floor at once, making it easy to feel swarmed an overwhelmed.

After being sexually harassed by the manager at Wilshire/Santa Monica Teavana — and treated like a peon at the Century City Teavana… It was refreshing to walk into the Westside Pavillion location and to be greeted by the manager Joey. Joey was helpful, informative and friendly. I ended up buying more tea than I’ve ever bought before! Teavana — you have serious management problems in some of your other WLA locations. Please promote Joey to regional manager or something so you can get your other locations on track!

Alex and the crew were so helpful and very nice. Educating my wife and I on how to make the tea and gave us some samples of the variety they have at the store. This our Teavana spot because of the courteous and helpful staff and their knowledge.

First of all, I really like the Tea! The sales rep who helped me was great! However I would have loved to give my experience five stars but I can’t. I was there on the weekend with my husband. He told me to check it out and so I did. I walked up the entrance and was not acknowledged by the Asian lady but she did take time to say hello and offer tea to the man next to me. As I entered the store I still was not acknowledged by her but by the other staff. At the point I wanted to walk out. But I stayed because of the others. Five minutes go by and I’m picking out things to buy. Then my hubby walks in and if course the«door monitor» is once again happy to see a man. Offering him tea and now explaining the benefits. Now at the register and him by my side she decides to follow him. I’m pissed! The sale rep that helped asked if I tasted the tea that’s of promo. She asked the«door monitor«to get me some and she had this upset look on her face because she had to serve me. Really?! She does not respect women because busy flirting with men! She is so unprofessional!

Having shopped at a few Teavana locations, this one has poor customer service. 1 out of 4 employees that were present were not paying attention. They were congregating behind the counter joking around and came off as if they did not want to work there. Very disappointed. Maybe the Starbucks acquisition slumped the need for great customer service.

This Teavana location is my favorite because everyone is so helpful and friendly! The only reason why I’m giving this store 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pretty pricey. You can easily walk out spending $ 100 on tea! They are owned by Starbucks so I am not surprised, but who knew tea could cost so much and be so intricate! I love all of their systems for tea making, their beautiful tea pots, tins for safekeeping, and great flavors — all for sell in stores. They also have great sales from time to time where they offer 30% — 50% off select teas. Also, because they are owned by Starbucks, you can use Starbucks gift cards at Teavana and vice versa :) The strawberry rose champagne and youth berry flavors are my fave. Mmm mmm mmm. I would not recommend buying their german rock sugar as it does not sweeten the tea any better than any sweetener you might add. What’s great about Teavana is that you can return any tea that you purchased at full price so why not try them!

I am. such a sucker. for tea! 4 stars cause it’s semi pricey. But oh my. Get the white chocolate peppermint tea. SOO good. 3 tsps(1TBS) and 1 tsp rock sugar candy with 16 oz water = a little mental Christmas happening in my mind(:^)(-)(-)(hahahaha that’s a really bad sideways snowman. I tried :)) They also make 20 oz to go teas for $ 3 – 5 depending on the quality and fanciness of the tea. I also got teavana’s perfect tea maker. $ 20, I got it last Sunday and I’ve been using it twice a day since. I think my ROI for this new tea toy is very high ;) this perfect tea maker is what teavana uses to make their 20oz single cups of tea. Just ask one of the baristas to show you this product. If you’re a tea fanatic, I promise you won’t regret getting one! With this new tea maker I can’t help but to say TEASMEPLEASE ;)

The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly! I usually come in and try all of their samples before I decide on getting a iced tea to go. When I came in, Michael gave me a sample of all the teas that they had on display. When I told him I was interested in buying tea to go, he was able show me which teas were best for which occasion. He also brought out the tea and explained what was in each one of the teas. One of my favorite things about Teavana now is that you can use your Starbucks rewards card at Teavana, which means those Starbucks gift cards can buy me more tea! The tea is always delicious and the staff is always inviting. Will definitely be coming back quite often for my tea to go, as well as my packaged tea!

I am a fan of Teavana tea. It’s little pricey, but worth paying for. Love their Jasmin with dried fruits, rose petals… AMAZING. Just amazing. And love they’re doing sampling outdoor. Last time when I was there, this Asian guy was sooo helpful and very knowledgeable. Love to going back and definitely share this location with my family and friends. Hope to try new flavor of tea somethime soon.

First off, I LOVE tea. If you give me tea, hot or cold, at a restaurant(or at home) and ask me if I want more I will get more and more and more… When I first went to Teavana they had just opened up and they were giving out free samples, a lot of free samples. I think I tried all of the ones that they were giving out. YUM! I didn’t purchase anything on my first visit. On my following visit I was off work and I wanted some hot tea for my sore throat since they not only sell loose leaf teas but also sell brewed teas, hot or cold. I didn’t want loose leaf but I just wanted something to drink on my way home, they asked what kind I wanted and I told them that I had a sore throat and wanted something that’ll help a bit. I honestly can’t remember what they blended but it was good and it helped a bit. Everyone here is very helpful and I’ll definitely return seeing as for my birthday this year my Mom bought me a ‘perfect tea maker’ from here. Definitely come by for some free samples, maybe some loose leaf tea or if you want to get something to drink while shopping then stop by here.

I personally know nothing about brewing my own tea, but I love iced tea and I love the smell in this store! While it’s little pricey, there are a lot of flavors and a lot of pretty tea kettles and tea sets to look at. You can always order and have them make any of their teas hot or iced to go. My two favorite iced teas to order are the Blueberry Bliss/Pineapple Kona Pop blend(strong fruity taste with a bit of a sour pineapple kick to it) and the Strawberry Lemonade tea(light tea that tastes like happiness and smiles on a sunny day) Swing by to grab free samples, but be prepared for sales pitches from the retail associates — it’s so hard not to turn town the neat stuff they have in here!
