This Taco Bell has disappointed once again. The woman working the drive thru was very rude and refused to do two orders. I know that this is possible in the drive thru, it’s been done before and your laziness is apparent. At the window there were 6 employees standing there looking at us. We asked for mild medium and fire sauce and of course didn’t get medium. When my crunch wrap arrived it was unwrapped and almost entirely lettuce. I frequent this Taco Bell because it’s my local one but I question my decision each time. How about instead of having all your employees stand at the window and awkwardly stare at customers you get your stuff together and provide customer service and a decent crunch wrap.

To date this has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell that I have ever visited. The woman working the drive-thru was very short. We had to ask for sauce and were given TWO sauces. We had to ask for more. Along with that they messed up on 2⁄4 orders so half of us did not have correct orders when we realized it when we got home. The food was also cold and very greasy and we only live 5 minutes away. So out of the 4 of us all 4 of us are now sick. Its almost a blessing they did not give us complete orders so we did not have more food to expel from our bodily systems. Horrible horrible place. Its one of those times that might put us off from ALL Tacos Bells for a very long time.

Ordered several different items and I got home and many items were missing. Called to see if I was charged for it since they didn’t give me a receipt and it was a fax number. Very disappointed.

I love this place! Even though this place got one star, you just gotta learn to love it, live it, wait, and be patient. Seriously it’s no different than other Taco Bells. Good food and you get what you expect. Although when you go late at night, you might have to wait a little longer. They close a little too early for me.

Ive had the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had in my life and the sad thing is it’s the manager of this taco bell. Maria enjoys cutting people off before I’m even done ordering not only that but she also threw my hot sauce at me in my car. If this is how taco bell hires managers, I’m done eating taco bell. This goes to Every family member I talk to, every customer I have at my own business will know how shitty of an experience I had with taco bell. Thanks Maria for your great customer service and manager skills you have!

Just tried to buy some food. Again. there is a group of aggressive panhandlers. It would seem that this location is some gangs territory. Anytime I have gone there in the last several years there are loiterers at the entrance. These are not the homeless. They dress better than I do. I give up, I will not risk my safety for a taco. Says it closes at 1. Drove all the way over here, and it’s closed at 12:20. Here’s your star.

Today, I waited 15 minutes for my Order to come out. I was on my 30 min lunch break. I was not given my drink and my order was wrong. The food sat in the window until it was cold before anyone called my order number. Not a single apology was given. When I spoke to the manager she was friendly, but never apologized. She offered free food but I didn’t have time to wait. She didn’t seem very concerned when I said I would not be coming back. I work in a customer service based position and I was extremely disappointed today. I never ever complain, but today I felt compelled to.

Just went through the drive thru. Had zero issues. Employees were fast, efficient, and friendly. Food came out just as expected from any Taco Bell. Was particularly surprised by the speed at which they handled everyone’s order. Would come against

This taco bell specializes in cheap food quality and pricewise that is dripping with grease. I love the del taco on la tijera in westchester off manchester much better and most decidedly worth the extra drive to me.

This Taco Bell /KFC establishment in Westchester. blows. Yeah blows. I’ve given this place more than a few chances to recover within the past year and they can’t come through. When I first moved to Westchester, this place was decent. I’d be able to get in and out of the drive thru within a timely manner, food was actually alright and service was actually pleasant. Fast forward to my last two experiences. Specifically my most recent. I don’t do much drive thru but was desperate after a long day at work. The line is always long at this place and inside looks like a mad house. I decided to go through the drive thru as it seemed to be moving as I arrived. We inched our way forward and next thing you know I was trapped. Time flew by and I was stuck in it. Nothing left to do now but order. So I’m attempting to order, and the lady can’t hear me. I ordered a generic 2 piece meal w/potatoes and corn from KFC and my order kept coming back via Taco Bell side for something completely different. Back and forth, back and forth. Frustrated and getting more and more annoyed. I tapped into my inner Morten Harket and belted out«KFCNUMBER2» to soothe the ears of the employee. They heard me this time, and so did everyone within a 2 mile radius. I swear it took LONGER to get to the window after ordering. If you know me. I’m the first to greet with a smile. I did so, and got attitude back. All that was said to me was my order’s total given with a blank stare. I kept my smile on and asked for a few ranches and bbq for my meal. My change was given and the meal was shoved at me with a ‘meh’ attitude. I knew something was wrong when I noticed they didn’t grab ANY sauce and they didn’t react to my friendliness, which has been the case quite a bit. So. I pulled over to check my meal and found I had a completely wrong order; a KFC bowl w/cookies and a double decker. WTF? I don’t like the KFC bowls. They remind me of throw up. Oh and the sauce I asked for was no where to be found. They didn’t even give me a fork or spoon for this bowl, not that I wanted to eat it. Unfortunately, mix ups at this location have happened more than once which is far too often. So, I walked in. and I’m quite expressive with my demeanor and expressions alone. The cashier knew I was pissed. probably because I was a vibrant red and steam was bursting from my ears. She asked what was going on, and I simply stated I received another customers meal /entire order. The manager showed up and pulled the drive thru employee to confront her about the issue in front of me. She seemed unphased and the manager didn’t seem as concerned as I’d expect one to be. It was like a parent unwillingly scolding their child, but only doing so because another adult is present. My meal was quickly replaced and I got a simple ‘apology’ in the form of the word ‘sorry’ and a cookie. A cookie. I spent the last 25 minutes ordering, waiting and getting a replacement for my food! I gave the food back and asked for a refund. Ya’ll are kidding me now. And don’t get me started on how unclean this place is. From the bathroom to dining area, I can easily find you some sort of trash. Whether it be straw wrapper, napkin or ketchup stain. I’m not even hardcore about stuff like that, but when you’re messing up left and right I can find quite a few things wrong. The food was horrid too. The chicken, as expected, is sitting under a heat lamp and was immediately boxed and served. Totally lacking flavor and was over greased. I like a crunch to my chicken and they haven’t had THAT right for awhile. The potatoes are almost liquid and they always forget butter for my corn. What’s going on back there? It’s places like these that always have me second guessing the whole fast food eating out concept and have helped me steer away from the fast food world in general.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to! Drive thru took forever but the worst part was the tasteless food! The food is awful compared to other Taco Bells. Sadly, I will be driving farther to the other Taco Bell next time. Never coming back to this place. Get your stuff together!

Best customer service inside. The cashier has No problem about handling a problem with all the ghetto people around who can’t wait an extra few minutes for their food and move on to the next customer with a polite attitude. Look for a girl cashier who looks a few months pregnant. She is super nice!!!

The most GHETTO, poor looking Taco Bell I have ever seen. It is always unkept, full of graffiti and ignorant employees. I hope someone from corporate sees this post because this specific Taco Bell has gone downhill in the 15 years it’s been in Westchester. We deserve more as residents.

By far the WORST drive thru I have ever been in. This review is being written while I’m sitting in the drive thru line, it’s been approximately 23 minutes since I’ve been sitting here. What on EARTH are they doing in there? This is not«fast» food by any means. Biggest mistake of my day. This is awwwwful.

Worst drive thru ever… always a mistake! This time no syrup for my waffle taco so I had to park and go inside to get it. Horrible coffee. The sausage waffle taco however rocked my world!

***The Doritos taco shell in the Doritos Locos Taco lacked a real Dorito flavor; the new menu item was thus average and disappointing*** (The Simpsons) Homer: «Hey, Apu, you got that new beer with candy floating in it… Skittlebrau?» Apu: «No such product exists sir. You must have dreamed it.» Homer: «Well, then just gimme a six pack and a bag of Skittles.» Growing up in the Midwest, my first experience with a tortilla chip was a Dorito. And even though I wouldn’t consider Taco Bell to be an authentic representation of Mexican food, one of my first experiences with Mexican food or pseudo Mexican food was Taco Bell. I think several people might be in the same boat because the advertising for Taco Bell’s Doritos Locos Taco seems to tug at the inevitable and perfect combination of those two nostalgic food experiences. The TV commercials were really well done; instead of the in-your-face food shots and fire you get in most Taco Bell commercials, they focused simply on footage of people enjoying the taco and seemingly perfect narration: «It is everything you imagined it could be.» The concept and the advertising pulled me in, but I ultimately felt the taco was disappointing(the taco was passable enough as fast food, but it was nothing greater than that). Part of it is that(for me at least) you cannot go home again when it comes to childhood food. Just because you grew up on McDonald’s and Lay’s does not mean you are going to love them as much after you’ve tried much better burgers and potato chips. I have never really been a big fan of Taco Bell – even as a kid – but Doritos have a good crunch and an artificial salty cheese flavor that is not that bad(even today). I definitely like them less now than I used to though(I still like Bob Evans’ sausage gravy and biscuits even though they are probably not the most homemade out there. And if they brought back Jell-O Pudding Pops, I’m sure the first taste would make me realize why I loved them so). But while my expectations were thus moderate going in, I did not think the Doritos Locos Taco was the best representation of that flavor combination. The taco part delivered as expected. The ground beef was what you would expect with Taco Bell(flavorful enough but I have never liked how fine their beef is; almost like a purée). There was also the standard shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. My first Mexican fast food experience was at Casa Del Taco in southern Ohio. For that taco, they used that very thinly shredded, fine and soft cheddar cheese(kind of similar to what you would get with Cincinnati chili). That cheese works better. The softness is kind of a contrast and it allows for a little more natural melting too. While the taco portion was as expected, the Dorito taco shell did not really have a noticeable Dorito flavor. It did not have that reddish orange color or provide that get-artifical-cheese-all-over-your-hands type experience. Instead, it ended up tasting like a stale Dorito or just a plain corn chip. I also had their nachos supreme(pretty similar to what you would expect, but it could use more color like the green onions of old though I think they moved away from them after that one bad experience). This Taco Bell is combined with a KFC and I had some hot wings too. I am typically okay with their hot wings, but these had been sitting around a while because they were dry. Service has often been bad here and even on this visit, there definitely seemed to be a lack of management control. The cashier though on this visit was more professional and personable than I have had in the past at this location. Prices are consistent with most fast food chains. However, when you order a la carte, your meal can actually get quite expensive if you are not careful. I was not a big fan of the Doritos Locos Taco, but you should probably consider giving it a try if you are intrigued by the concept. I am not sure if this is the best location for it though since the food at this Taco Bell seems to be not as good/fresh as other locations. Like other Taco Bells, this location has a free parking lot and it is easy to find an open space.
