I’m a regular here. Grab the menu online off and call in your order. The portions on the gyro plate are plentiful. Order«half&half» rice and fries for your plates.

I’ve been to this place a few times, and I’ve got to say the best thing are the fries, it’s slightly seasoned and it’s one of my favorite places to get fries in downtown. Besides the fries they sell kabobs that are pretty good. I’ve had the grilled rib eye steak and the grilled beef shish kabob, both really great. The price is reasonable and quality is alright for a decent lunch. They’ve been around here for awhile so it can’t be all that bad, the restaurants on the sides of them have come and gone, so they’re not too bad. My only word of caution is the lady working behind the counter, she’s this asian lady that seems to have an attitude. She never smiles and she’s kind of slow, I think she just needs a bf or a gf, she just needs to get some. But other than that the food is decent, and worth a try if you’re looking for something different.

I’ve been to this place more than 40 times for lunch, so that illustrates a couple of things: I’m a creature of habit and I like the place enough to return often. The chicken and avocado salad is pretty darned good, and the chicken kabob plate is really good also. Overall, the bang-for-the-buck factor and quality is good. If you want smiling service, then this place isn’t for you. However, if you live or work in Downtown L.A. and want to have a decent casual meal, then try out this place.

I’d give this one more stars but the girl behind the counter at lunch time has an «I’m better than a kabob server» attitude and the place looks a little like a bomb shelter on the inside. Slow service(not with a smile) and mediocre food. If you want a good kabob check out the Sultan on 6th between Hill andBroadway. They smile like they know they’ve serving up good food. Bonus point: Crazy cute business guy eating there. I’m a sucker for all that.

I’ve only been once, so it’s risky to give 4 stars, but my gyros sandwich was really good. So there. I am looking forward to my next visit, as their other selections were quite tempting. My lunch partner had a chinese chicken salad that he said was good. You’ll find breakfasts, kabobs(chicken, steak, lula), sandwiches(gyros, kabob, turkey, tuna…), and salads here. They also offer a bit of Korean BBQ.
