Best dry cleaning. Owner is great guy and always is very accommodating. Shirts and suits always perfect and ready when promised. Recently left k town area and moved to West side. Shatto Cleaners and the food are the only things I miss.

5 star for the guy owner and his service. I went to go to get some repair done on my dress and a skirt, both came unsatisfied. The guy owner was SO willing and welcoming to re-do the job for free. The skirt came out perfect, but I still didn’t like the job on the dress. He was STILL sooo kind and nice to get it done again for free! seriously, the service was done til perfection. I hope the owner is reading this and I want to tell him thank you so much :)

Its okay, every single time i take my clothes they seem less faded and some are still a bit wrinkled. The guy with the long hair is really nice.

I have been getting my dry cleaning done here for several years and with the exception of a few problems(missing belts, etc.) I have been satisfied. CUTTO: I bring in some drapes from my dining room that i simply want dry cleaned, They come back SHREDDED!!! I am talking completely ruined. I take them back to the store and they tell me that there had been some sun damage(slight discoloration) so I should have known that dry cleaning them would completely shred the fabric. Why on earth would i consent to dry cleaning something that would no longer be useable!!! They did not warn me of this and also did not offer to make it up to me in any way. Just stood there looking at me(a customer who has spent THOUSANDS of dollars there. I have a lot of dry cleaning) and said they thought i understood they would be ruined. Please explain how this makes sense. I will no longer do business with Shatto. I must now replace $ 1500 curtains. They could have kept my business with a sincere apology and offering to handle my next order for free.

This place is awesome! They got chilli cheese fries grease out of my white silk shirt. –A word to the wise; don’t try getting tough stains out yourself. Leave it to the professionals.

this place jacks up the rates every year but they do do a good job cleaning the threads and leathers. quick turnaround time and it’s in the hood so it’s all good

I have been here several times and have never been completely satisfied. All 3 pairs of pants that I have had hemmed are falling apart and when asked to starch a shirt it never comes out looking freshly pressed. The final straw was when I asked for 3 items to be DRYCLEANED and when arriving the next day I found that they were pressed only, and STILLDIRTY! After giving them many tries I am continually dissapointed and will definitely not return… my advise, go somewhere else!

I don’t really know how to review a dry cleaner, but I can’t object to Shatto Cleaners. I’m only giving them four stars because I don’t really know what makes for a truly amazing dry cleaner, but I imagine it can be a bit more than this. While I live close enough to walk to Shatto Cleaners I can imagine their parking situation isn’t too hot. So, um, one star off for that. And for not knocking my socks off. But what should I expect? Oh the agony of this star rating system. The pain. The responsibility. Were my clothes clean? Absolutely. Did they fix the zipper in the pants I’ve had sitting in my closet for two years thinking«I’ll get this done some day?» Yup. Were they prompt? Probably, but I was too lazy to pick my clothes up at the pre-arranged time to tell. I imagine they were, though. Were they friendly? Very much so. And helpful. Expensive? Again, I don’t really know if I’m educated when it comes to dry-cleaning, but I didn’t feel like I was being charged anything I shouldn’t have, so no. So, my friends, I’m quite happy with Shatto Cleaners. I recommend them if you’re in the area of 4th and Vermont, or if your everyday travels take you along Vermont. Thanks for your time!
