I’ve been going here for about 3 years now. I think right when they opened. And I have had nothing but good experiences there. And I go there weekly. The workers come out and help you every time. All the workers I’ve seen have been nice. And I’ve seen over 5 in different shifts. Never was I racially profiled and I am of Asian descent. It seems to me a lot of people are bad mouthing the business due to their parking situation. SIMPLEANDCLEAR: DONOTPARKTHEREIFYOUAIN’T DOINGLAUNDRY! I see California donut customers park here all the time and sometimes I don’t have a spot for me when I have to actually use the business for their services: LAUNDRY. So please don’t bad mouth a business due to your bad decisions of trying to use that business’s lot for your own personal gain. It’s downright low-class.

The«janitor» will stare at you and make sure you go into the coin laundry or else his buddies will take your car. Not only that, but if they do take your car, they’ll go through it and say their card machine isn’t working. You’ll have to give them cash and who knows where that cash is going? I think the janitor knows… Overnight is the time they WILL take your car because the overnight fee surges the cost of getting your car back — more business for them.

Incident: October 16, 2015, approximately 9:30 p.m. Parking lot of 24 Coin Laundry 3566 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, 90020 If the goon they hired to «guard» the parking lot is any indication of what this location is like then I highly recommend not going here for anything. I parked in the handicap space(legitimately with my blue CA placard) because I could not find any available spaces anywhere else in the nearby area. As I was about to leave with my wife the goon threatened me and my wife to move my car or else the owner would call a tow truck. I asked for the owner’s name and he said«Alexio.» He asked why I wanted his name. I told him I was going to report both of them for threatening us and to move. He walked up to my car window and pointed his finger in my face and said we should«respect» the laundrymat and I said he should respect the laws of the California because the land the laundrymat is on is California land. Apparently, the goon and his laundrymat owner do not understand the law. My next step is to file an official complaint because they do not respect the law of the land!

had some random guy telling us that he was the manger and we couldn’t park in his empty lot. I called the company he was saying will come and tow us and the lady on the phone was confused on why he would tow us. poor guy must have been having a bad day decided he was going to ruin someone else’s. he just assumed we were not coming in to laundry mat. well now he is right. avoid this place people. he was totally profiling us, I would even call it racism. I asked the man several times why I was unauthorized he told me I couldn’t park and get doughnuts. again he profiled me and just assumed. il just go down the street to another laundry mat.

I started coming here when this laundry mat first opened up. They are open 24 hours and the place is usually clean. The machines give the options of an «extra rinse» and«heavily soiled» for an additional charge. If you come here on a weeknight or during the afternoon, it might be busy. It’s best to come early in the morning and the place is usually relatively empty. The guys also help you wheel your stuff from the car to the inside. That’s very nice of them!

This place is usually clean, and the machines are kept up. But there needs to be more of them. It’s usually very busy.
