Obviously not everything in here is a dollar but they have just about everything from curtains to leggings to makeup and eggs. 5 $ cc minimum and free parking which is a plus and the California donuts is just around the corner ! Lol

Pretty standard dollar store. It’s not a large space, so the selection is limited(like, they didn’t have potholders). Everything is a dollar unless otherwise marked. It’s down the street from home, so it’s my first place to shop when I need a household item. They have food, too.

Not from the area but definitely really unsatified. The people were extremely rude. Pulled into the parking lot turns out they were just closing, and as i sit in the parking lot trying to find directions on my gps the owners close the store and leave the parking lot locked so immediately after when i try to leave i am locked there for about an hour, until a rude young man from a valet service finally comes around to open the gate, and still dares to ask why we were parked there in the first place. Would not recommend this place at all that is no way to treat a customer!

Berendo is clean and everyone working there is nice. Always find parking and they have great stuff including coconut water for 1.50 a pack of 4. I’m pretty much here 3 times a week. It’s close to home and the customers are nicer than 99 cent store.

One of the better dollar stores around. Like other dollar stores these days, not all items are $ 1, some are more, so check the price tag. Some of the purchases I’ve made include: — jumbo eggs for $ 2 a dozen. The medium sized ones are cheaper, and they cost less than Jons nearby. — socks 2 pairs for a $ 1 — pajama pants for $ 2 — cookies without high fructose corn syrup $ 3 for a huge box — Langers brand juice without high fructose corn syrup $ 1 — canned food like tuna, evaporated milk, sardines — minute maid raisin bread for $ 1 a loaf Overall, I find the selection nice and convenient. The items are actually good bargains and not junky. The frozen section has ham, bacon, eggs. They also have a little produce and tortillas. Enough food items to create breakfast or dinner without needing to go to a supermarket. If you go, one shopping tip is to check the expiration date of the items. I’ve seen some expired items lying around. One more thing, parking is easy(in my experience), the lot is right in front of the store on Berendo street.
