I’m sold! I was shopping for a Brooks backpack and called in to see if they carried the bag. They said they do but were sold out of the color I was looking for. They offered to order it and said I should stop on by to try one on.
They ordered it and I was in the area so I stopped by and they remembered me by name and showed me a bag and then also that the owner had the same bag and showed me his so I could see how it would wear. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. I asked more about the bikes they make and the passion in his voice as he talked about what they do was rad. He showed me a few of the bikes and damn they are gorgeous.
It’s awesome to go into a small shop and have the owner be passionate about helping a guy just in there to buy some accessories. I’ll absolutely be getting my next bike built by these guys!

My bike got a flat on the rear wheel so I decided to stop by here to get them to replace it for me. I entered and the two guys working greeted me and I proceeded to show them the problem and asked if they could fix it. One of them said he could and proceeded to change out my tube. Took about 10 minutes and then he filled up both of my tires. I figured it would be expensive because it was such a cool looking shop in the arts district, but I was pleasantly surprised by the low price and the fast and friendly service! I expect I’ll be back again eventually

The shop offers high quality vintage bikes and British made Brooks parts. The mechanic was very helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions. The mechanic shop is very tidy and clean. Due to the style, it reminded me the vintage bike shops:))
