The helmet has great lights, appealing design, and is lightweight. Sadly, one of the lights stopped working on the first day I used it after a moderate rainstorm – disappointing since their website shows an awesome photo of a biker sporting the helmet in the rain! I was also disappointed in their customer service (for example, neglected to include return label in their email authorizing a return).

Fantastic product! Very well thought out and well built. Looking forward to follow up products. Makes me feel so much safer cycling at night!

A truly innovative product, that took a lot longer than expected to receive but they have been in contact with me throughout the entire prototyping and development process.
I finally received my new black Torch midnight edition and I couldn’t be happier !!
Riding home from work at night I feel so much safer knowing that I am extremely visible to distracted drivers on Sunset Blvd. Occasionally drivers even ask me where I got such a cool helmet.
And when riding in the day I’m happy wearing a helmet that doesn’t look like an alien spaceship that you see so many cyclists wearing. :-)
Well worth the wait and it was exciting to be involved in a real innovative product and brand growing from concept to final product.
