Horrible customer service, with bad attitudes! Under staffed… Person working drive through making food and register!

Unsanitary! Found a piece of paper battered and fried attached to a chicken breast. The manager Kalla didn’t apologize, offer a refund, or replace the item. I showed it to him and apparently it’s a paper they put in bags of chicken that have already been seasoned.
I’m calling the health department on these clowns. Who knows what else makes it way into the fryer

I don’t know who the owner of this place but really? You have I charge 55 cents extra for using my debit card? Get with the times please!
I honestly never have had a customer service issue. I am very friendly and amiable, and I just don’t seem to bring negativity out of people. However, I can see how some people may feel the people that work here can be rude. They actually don’t even pick up the phone.
I have never had an issue with my orders either. They come pretty fast to me. The reason I am deducting the 2 stars is for charging 55 cents for using a debit card (WHO DOES THAT?!) and for the terrible restaurant. It looks super outdated and it just needs to remodeled.
P.S they also changed the Tuesday and Thursday special to just Tuesday. Saddening.

Tried this place twice. The servers are aggressive and impatient and yell at customers. The customers themselves are unkind. The first time I came here I was ordered by one of the servers to put a token into the bathroom door and hold it open for a disabled fellow, lol. The disabled fellow ran over my foot. Anyway, the chicken was ok? Fries are awesome. Biscuit was just a rock.

This is the worst Popeyes chicken I’ve ever seen!!! Disorganized!!! Customer comes in and tells the manager that one of her employees beat up her child in the class !!! Worst experience ever!

I love popeyes chicken strips!!! That’s pretty much the only thing I come for. But when I pull up to the drive thru and the rep tells me, «we ran out of chicken strips» I was very disappointed with this location. I am on my way to another location as we speak. Smh

I recently went here to attempt and have a decent lunch after delivering mail for a couple of hours and decided that Popeyes chicken would be my designated place for lunch. Knowing that Popeyes has a restroom for customers, and having requested a token to use the restroom in the past; having received one in the past, I was told by the manager (Enrique Cabrera) in a very rude tone, «we don’t have any tokens, put a quarter in if you want to use the restroom.» Immediately I felt unwelcome, as, all I wanted to do, was, wash my hands so I wouldn’t eat my lunch, (which i had planned to eat at Popeyes), with filthy hands from delivering mail most of the day. My thing is, why charge customers, that are going to pay money to eat at your establishment, a quarter just to use the restroom. One of the things that does is push customers away, making them feel unwelcome, and letting them eat and favor other establishments that treat their customers better. After being rejected, I was angry, but i kept my composure, and said «okay have a nice day.» Then, all i did, was walk over to subway and have my lunch there instead. The customer service there was way more professional and courteous; and besides, it was right there in the same plaza around other small business eating establishments. If you want to be treated like dirt, go to Popeyes at this location and receive a rude welcoming from the manager Enrique Cabrera. Clearly, they just lost me as a customer and I’ll be telling all of my co-​workers to steer clear of this dump. Subway all the way! Also, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. One star is already too generous for this dump.

Sooooooo slow i waited over 15 minutes for an order of fries and 2 biscuits, like seriously? Employees need to step it up cuz i wouldve probably taken less time if i wouldnt have gone through the drive thru. That was probably rush hour when i came but they clearly werent prepared for it. Ill probably try and check it out one more time at another time

If you like popeyes this isnt the location to come to, the service is horrendous, first time I was here window lady is rude and says my order was wrong, second time I come back and order and get the wrong quantity of the order fuck this place

This is the worse Popeyes ever… I come at 8:40pm… The lady who took my order is so rude… Her name is Sandra… Well that’s what the receipt said. No customer service at all. Plain rude… Anyway…I ordered my food and got home and me and my daughter food was HORRIBLE. .Dry and cold… We threw the shit away… Wasted money. I called so i could speak to the manager. The lady who answered the phone said Enrique us off the weedends… wtf…ok whatever… i want my back because this is some bullshit… i will be calling on Monday… Something told me to go to the one Western and King

Got the 3 piece advertised tenders with biscuit. Chicken was crispy. I got more like 2.5 pieces. 2 stripes and a few bits. Coke was somewhat flat. Limit of one sauce per order. By piece 2 I was almost done with my little container of sauce. Credit/​debit accepted but charges additional 55 cents. Definitely not coming back.

i knew nothing about this Two Piece Tuesday deal they were having which consists of 2 pieces of chicken for 99 cents. Really? I have never seen so many black people trying to get chicken as if it were going out of style at once. I was doing someone a favor getting them some food, I can definitely tell you, I will never go here again.
Not only was there a long line, I literally got out of my truck while in line it to go inside to use the bathroom. The bathroom was a mess, I didn’t want to touch anything in it.
So I get back to my truck and the line didn’t even move. When i did get to the window, they had a sign telling you that they charge extra for condiments. Are you kidding me?
This place needs to be closed just for being so ghetto.
No point to mention the food, I didn’t order it for me & the bag was so greasy, there is just no way I could put that in my mouth.

Line was long today. But of course it’s Tuesday! 99 cents day! I must say of it all that chicken must have jus came out the grease. I ate 2 pieces before I even drove off… Super hungry

To much attitude and chaos. Prices are not consistant with specials advertised on TV and in newspapers. Ended up paying 2x the amt advertised.

Im a huge fried chicken fan but who isn’t? I use to like Popeyes alot in general but now it just taste like grease and hormones to me just like kfc. This use to be one of the better ones… But I think the one on Labrea &Jefferson and the one on Hollywood & Cahuenga are the best that I know of. this one just got kinda ghetto and ran down in my book
