I ordered a pizza online. The delivery guy Brian came and«called me 5 times» even though I got no calls. He texted me and I came outside right away, but by the time I got to where he was, he had already left. I called to see if I could get the order resent and Maria, the manager, said she could not help me and I would have to reorder and get charged again. Never ordering from there again.

The food is good, the service not so much… I ordered delivery, they call when they’re outside instead of coming to the door. So I go outside and the delivery guy is still sitting in his car, I wait a minute while he plays on his phone then finally gets out. I don’t understand why they can’t come to the door, are they that lazy?

So what can I get for $ 7? Ordered the medium pepperoni pizza with the crust being *my absolute favorite* hut favorite crust(buttery garlic, Parmesan and herbs) no additional charge. The pizza was perfectly put together. So delicious! Do yourself a favor next time you decide to get a $ 5 from little Cesar’s, pay $ 2 and get this from Pizza Hut. Yes it’s a medium instead of a large, but the dough(pan style) is more filling. The gentleman who I picked up the pizza from had very good customer service(sorry didn’t get your name). Also made sure I tipped a $ 1 even for pickup, where I usually don’t. That pizza was superb!

I’ve been throwing up nonstop because of their raw wings. Im glad I got a full refund but that’s the last time we’re ordering from Pizza Hut. You guys need to get your lives together because this is not acceptable.

Very unprofessional and rude .just recieved my order witch was cold the wings were so old they shrank and were hard .when i called to see if they can rectify this situation i was told i was speaking to a manager when in reality i was speaking to a shift lead named fernando who was extremely rude and offered me the website info to file a complaint and that is all. I will be going in to speak with the general manager about his incompetent staff. DONOTEVEREATHERE

This store has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with food delivery. I placed an order because I had friends over for a fight, I get a call from the store confirming that my order had been cancelled. I told the girl I never cancelled it, she responded that a girl had called from my number cancelling. It was nothing but guy friends at my place yet a girl called to cancel my order. This conversation happened 45 minutes after I placed the order. The girl assured me that the food was still being prepared and would be delivered soon. I asked her to add a side of ranch to my order and she obliged and would add it to the bill. My order arrives 20 minutes later, without the ranch I had ordered. The pizza was cold and I asked the driver if my food has just been sitting in the kitchen. He said yes, that he was told to make another delivery before mine. I called once again to complain and the girl said that my food had just been cooked, yet I had cold pizza and wings. I’ve had prior issues before, I ordered from Pizza Hut because it’s literally 3 blocks away from my house. But after this last experience, I will just stick to Dominos pizza. Good luck to anyone ordering food from this location.

Ordered a pizza at the Lorenzo. They called once, I’m assuming the driver was downstairs? But when I called back I was on hold for 30 minutes before being hung up on. I repeatedly tried to call back but never got through… I’m still very hungry and even more irritated. This place sucks

Office luncheon turned into a nightmare! Placed an order online for 4 pizzas, chicken wings,& quepapas and for a carry out. Went to pick up and the order wasn’t ready waited around eating into the lunch hour and the staff waited & waited for the food. The hourly wage employee at the Pizza Hut handed over the 4 boxes, bowl of wings and a bag(thinking they had the quepapas in there) reconfirming everything ordered was done. Hurried back to office to feed the staff of 8 people to find out the popular request of quepapas was not in the bag. 2 staff members rushed out to get them and 1 member was on the phone with another hourly waged Pizza Hut staff not getting anywhere. Wow hourly wages member of fast food industry I would be more than happy to pay you $ 15+/hour if you could actually get 1 order right in the first place!!!

Worst experience ever! I placed an order online for a some boneless wings and a personal pizza. I added pepperoni, sausage, chicken, meatballs, and chicken. I also ordered a bottle of mountain dew and 3 sides of ranch. I changed my option to carryout instead, since my coworker offered to pick up my order. Upon receiving my order, not only were my sides of ranch and mountain dew missing, but my pizza order was completely wrong. Instead of what I ordered, I received a personal pizza with ham, mushrooms, and bacon. The only thing that was correct were the wings. I immediately called the store to complain about this issue. The employee admitted to mixing up my order with another personal pizza and asked their manager what they could do. All they did was gave me store credit for any future order. I would have been happy returning this pizza and picking up a correctly-made fresh pizza, but that wasn’t an option. This store lacks accuracy and attention to detail. I will never order from store #30641 again. Judging from all other reviews here, it seems like you’ve lost yet another customer.

Horrible, just horrible. First, it took me 10 minutes to order 1 large pizza and 1 drink, because Denise, the person who took my order, was slower than the line at the DMV. Second, my order was 20 minutes late. Third, my pizza was cold and incorrect. Forth, they forgot my drink. Fifth, the total wasn’t the same amount they told me on the phone. Need I say more?! I have never experienced service this horrible! I was literally baffled. Nevertheless, Maria, the manager apologized and we got our corrected pizza at no charge 30 minutes later. I will still never order here again.

Used this location for a work function and it’s just ok. They charge a crazy delivery fee then you’re expected to tip so it get’s kinda expensive.

After attempting to order online And use online coupon codes the manager gave me a better deal and helped clear out the mix up. I ended up ordering 2 large 2 topping pizzas plus breadsticks for $ 20! Great!

Pizza was smashed. Luckily for me, smashed pizza tastes a lot like normal pizza. In all fairness it wasn’t bad. They said it would be ready in 1 hour and they showed up in 15 minutes, probably because the person before me wouldn’t accept a smashed pizza. I didn’t open it until I got inside. Rookie Mistake.

If I could rate this Pizza Hut with no stars I would. We spoke with Olivia who took our order, mind you its for a business so we would definitely be open to ordering from there in the future but not anymore. Not only did she, who was also claiming to be a manager gave the worst customer service information but she extremely rude and combative. I dont understand how hard is it for a manager to honor what the Pizza Hut is advertising. Its a shame, and as if matters couldnt get any worse I cannot call coorporite I have to go online and give them feed back

The worst Pizza Hut! Their phone number is connected to another Pizza Hut & you can’t contact them at all. We had to place our order numerous times. Its been over an hour & we still haven’t gotten our pizza. Just use the Papa Johns a few blocks away.
