Domino’s Pizza

If I could give this no stars I would. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and still no pizza. Requested for a refund let’s see if it’ll happen. Person working said I would still get my pizza… will update never. The tracker even said It was delivered and I was enjoying my meal — 40 minutes still no pizza. Dominos get it together this is why only order Pizza Hut. The one time I give it a try you disappoint.

Ordered an all cheese pizza took over an hour and what I got was a pizza with No cheese!!! Soon frustrating plus Slowest delivery system I’ve ever experienced … No other way to say it but this place sux!!! Never ordering from this place again …

We decided to give it a go – only after «Corporate» said I would get a $ 25 credit towards my next my purchase. I called and the response from the this Domino’s chain was «huh? – I’m sorry I don’t see that it our computer». Thanks, but no thanks, was my response.
Don’t waste your time with this place.

Still waiting after an hour and a half…

Incredibly slow delivery. Went way past the online notification. Save yourself the trouble as this is not convenient in any way.
…15 minutes after I initially wrote this, after I waited 15 minutes past the online notification that my pizza should have arrived, and I’m still waiting. Totally not worth it.

It was horrible it took 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. Never order from this place! One thing is for sure dominoes will never get my business again…
Called them and they kept saying the delivery guy was outside I’m telling the manager I’m outside and there’s no one there five minutes later he arrives… Smh!

I’m really disappointed. I always order from here at least once a week every time something goes wrong so unacceptable. I keep ordering from here because it’s so convening since I live so close and love pizza but honestly I’m at the point where I don’t even want to order from here anymore since they take at least 1 hr to deliver, bring my order wrong.

This place don’t even deserve a half star. I came here with my friends to order a veggie pizza, and we got the worst costumer service we have ever had. the guy who took our oreder asked us if we had already ordered or not, and when we told him that we want to make an order he gave us an attitude. To me the most important thing in any restaurant is the quality of service, and unfortunately i didn’t find that at this place.

We waited 20 minutes past the online notification that stated our pizza was DELIVERED from the hoover location only half a mile from our place of residence.
Andres the delivery person did not DELIVER the pizza like it said online.
We could not wait any longer for food so we head out to find dinner. Found out from neighbors Andres tried to deliver the pizza 25 minutes past the time the online site said the pizza was already delivered.
If your online site says the pizza was delivered it should be delivered. Not a false statement.

WORST DOMINOS IN THE HISTORY OF ALL AWFUL DOMINOS ON PLANET EARTH. Every time… I put an official complaint in with the headquarters on Dominos because how disgustingly rude their employees are and they decided to credit me money on my account that could only be spend at this location… GREAT. SO, being that it was free I ordered my usual and like every other time I have ordered from this location they forgot my bread bowl… instead they gave me a side of chicken wings… I am a 6 year vegetarian… I called for them to send my food again, which was at 7:30pm and i guess they just decided I’m not getting my food tonight because it’s now 10:15PM and I have received nothing. Honestly I just give up… Never ordering Dominos again!

do not order pizza from this place. i found hairs on our pizza. and it wasn’t one hair as if it just fell on the pizza by accident, it was multiple hairs. i have contacted domino’s and was advises that this is locally owned. we ordered so many pizza’s from this place it’s sickening to think this may have occured in the past. it is hard to even eat out anymore cause i can’t trust people preparing my food.

I’ve alway ordered here and usually get the same toppings (pepperoni, Italian sausage). More often than not, my pizza is great. I can’t remember a time where I’ve had a bad pizza here, but I know I have had one or two. I order, like, once every other week.
I do have two issues that come to mind. One is where I have to come downstairs to the street of my apartment building to meet the driver be causes he refuses to get out of his car and come up. All the other drivers come up, but this one doesn’t. I don’t get it. So I just don’t tip him.
My other issue is with the domino’s pizza app. There should be a way to select if I want garlic on the crust or not. Instead, I have to call in every time I order a hand tossed pizza which kind of defeats the purpose and the convenience of using the app.

I really love ordering from here, they’re always so quick and reasonably priced. I love that you can customize your pasta compared to Pizza Hut where the pasta already comes with the chicken, I ask for cheese instead, mouth drooling

Ordered on the website, one pizza came as we wanted, the other didn’t. Also, the one that was supposed to be thin crust wasn’t even edible because the dough wasn’t cooked all the way, it was mushy and uncooked and a bit gross. When I called, the girl I spoke to had a very wrote «I’m sorry» as she told me that we didn’t order what we meant to order.
We have Little Caesars directly across the street. They should thank you guys for getting me to start going back to them. Seems to me all your expensive commercials are hollow crap.

Every single time I order wings from this place and ask for blue cheese instead of ranch they ALWAYS give me ranch.
It’s such a simple request and they mess it up every time. They deliver fast but I don’t eat ranch and dry wings are gross.

I’ve never been to this location despite living nearby — I always get delivery. Dominos is not the best pizza, everybody knows that. You get it because it’s relatively cheap, tasty enough, and you can order online. My experience has always been good with this location. They usually deliver it like 20 – 30 minutes from the time I order (I think one time it was only 15 min.), and they have never messed up my order at all. I’m currently waiting for an order as I write this. For me, Dominos is a nice way to have a quick lunch and leftovers for dinner when I run out of food to cook at home

Ive ordered here several times for delivery and every single time, theyd always forget something. Im not the type to complain but that is very unfortunate. Once they forgot my wings and i gave them a call back. When the guy answered, he was rude and made it seem like if i was lying until he found out they had made a mistake. Worse service ever.

I couldn’t help to notice that as we were ordering the guy who was taking our order had his hands all over the phone and everything else not to mention even our money and then went back and started making the pizza just scooping up all the cheese with his filthy hands… never washing them once… so if he’s doing all that can you imagine what else he has been doing with those hands, so basically all the toppings and the cheese are contaminated. DO NOT COME HERE. because of this experience at this dominos I am forever disgusted in all dominos and will never eat dominos pizza again.

I’ve ordered food from here three or four times. It’s a chain restaurant so you can’t expect them to mess up too badly, but it is a bad location. There is glass separating you from the employees when you order food. To order, you have to pick up a phone on one side of the glass while an employee picks up a phone on the other side (like they are in jail) and speak via the phone. They pass your order through a one-​way opening in the glass.
On one of my visits, I ordered my pizza online for in-​store pickup. When I got there to pick up the pizza, I realized I forgot my wallet at home. I thought «No problem, I paid online with my card, and I have the order confirmation email here on my phone.» but no, they actually made me drive back home, get my ID and credit card, and drive back to pick up my order. I realize that this is to ensure nobody steals my order, but I had the confirmation email in front of them, so that was ridiculous.
Finally, on my most recent order to date, I ordered a medium pizza with white sauce, regular cheese, beef, and shredded Parmesan on top. They forgot the sauce, it was just a dry pizza with melted dry cheese and beef on it. How do you forget to put sauce on a pizza?
That said, I give two stars instead of one because pizza is pizza (unless you get no sauce???) and I’ll probably order pizza from here again because it’s cheap and convenient. I’ve also had their sandwiches and pasta which I have no complaints about.
