This watch company also carries a women’s jewelry line known as «Pandora.» I’d not heard of it before but our Mother wanted a Pandora bracelet for Christmas. I fell upon their store while walking through the Beverly Center and Amy could not have been more helpful or patient (given my ignorance of Pandora and the HUNDREDS of pieces to choose from). She turned an intimidating process into a very pleasant experience and our Mother loved the gift. Two-​thumbs-​up!

I’m always careful about buying a timepiece, since it impacts how warranty/​service works. My friend recommended me to give this place a try, and I have nothing but the best to say about them. I was looking for something more casual to wear daily since I do have other nicer timepiece already, so there was a particular brand and model I wanted. It turns out that they have a wide range of selection and have the same exact timepiece that I was looking for! I’m glad that I made my purchase here, so that I can bring this piece, along with my other pieces to them, should they need service. Drop by and give them a look! You won’t disappoint!

Excellent customer service! They tightened a wristband screw of my Gucci Patheon on the spot. No wait, no charge. They also did an inspection if there’s anything else wrong with it… without charge. I’m so glad I get all my watches serviced here all the time. Plus, they have excellent choices of brand name watches. Going back to get my Hamilton wristband replaced. I’m thinking of something orange. Hmmm.;-)

Cheers to you Paragon and the two very nice ladies who helped me when I was in the store. I’m in the market for a nice watch and these people are outstanding and patient. I mean patient cause it was my turn to watch the kids!
Love the fact that they sell all types of high quality watches. I’m in the market for a good automatic watch and they were very accommodating. Great spot for watch lovers cause they have some really nice watches and good pricing at this location!

I bought a watch at Nordstrom’s Rack, across the street, and they had nobody who could take a link out of the band for me… D’oh!
A little bitter that I had to pay $ 15 for something that would be free at other stores, but whatever. Ran across the street to the mall, and started asking around. The girl working at Swatch pointed me to Paragon.
The guy was nice enough, I was in and out fast enough, and they definitely had a nice selection of watches that were way out of my price range.
$ 15 for a watch link felt a little ‘salty’ — isn’t it usually $ 5 or $ 10?
