Brad is awesome! He recently painted our new house and refurbished all of our kitchen cabinets. He did an amazing job and is very attentive. He would make recommendations on color choices that I had not considered and pointed out areas that needed more work that I had not noticed. His crew was very nice and respectful and always left our house the way they found it. Brad made sure every detail was perfect and would have his crew fix minor issues to ensure it was completely perfect. It was nice to have a contractor care so much and really take pride in the service they are providing. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a painter.

Brad just finished the exterior on my house in Benedict Canyon. He was just what I needed. I really could not visualize the color choices but had a general idea of what I wanted, Brad gave great color advice based on my general direction, and it turned out great. He also, based on the condition of the house (older) put a stucco sealer all the way around that will really help avoid moisture absorption which has created multiple problems in the past. Brad’s experience both as an experienced painting contractor and homeowner was invaluable to me. I am clueless about these kind of things and needed the extra assistance. Thanks Brad!

My husband and I are happy with the exterior paint job that Brad and his crew recently did for us. They are thorough, professional and careful. They are thorough in addressing any problems where water seeps up from the ground, damage to wood or age-​related problems like cracks in the stucco occur. They are professional in the quality of workmanship, using quality products, responsible in attitude as well as careful with plants and cleanup. Brad and his exemplary crew recently completed a water sealing and window trim painting project on our Mt. Washington neighborhood home. I can’t recommend Brad highly enough. We live on a narrow hillside street that required accessing areas 40 ft above street level. Brad was the only contractor we spoke with who immediately knew he’d need scaffolding to keep his crew safe. Brad knew of products to use to seal our concrete block. He also recommended going with an epoxy-​based product for our metal window trims because it will enhance the durability of finish, despite it being more difficult to use.
His crew is meticulous, professional and courteous. When they ran into issues with the epoxy-​based paint product they completely redid sections after consulting with the product manufacturer about the problems they experienced. Brad made daily visits to the job site to inspect the work and communicated with us regularly to update us on the job status.

Brad is the man! He and his crew overhauled my small but split-​level condo, and I couldn’t be happier.
I had a number of painters provide estimates, but Brad was the only one who came in and immediately noticed areas of improvement that I hadn’t considered. His eye and his attention to detail really was a godsend, especially because my place has a lot of corners and staircases with trim that needed to be toned down. Always keeping my primary color choices in mind, he was very proactive about offering options for shade and finish that helped me put the final touches on my place with confidence.
As well, his crew was incredibly professional, and worked in some crowded quarters with no complaints. I had some fairly major cosmetic water damage in closets and ceiling, and it was gone within two days without any collateral damage to my furniture — this was why I went with the pros. UPDATE: Brad recently also completed work on my 14-​unit building, and rocked the house. He impressed the board of my HOA with his attention to detail (especially the waterproofing, which is critical for our beach location,) and his crew again earned kudos from several residents for their professional and courteous demeanor. They also integrated seamlessly with various subs who we had to call out for minor repairs. I have no hesitation recommending Painting By Bredice!

Brad Bredice is a ROCK STAR, simply put. He has done two major house painting jobs for me and I was completely blown away both times by his professionalism and the quality of the job. He was on time for the quote, courteous, and no sales pitch. His people were over the top with courtesy too — they came in and were respectful of me and my space while they worked.
The job began with them moving all the furniture away from the walls and taping the floor and covering the furniture. They wore booties on the hardwood. They prepped and sanded and taped and swept at the end of each day. At the end of the job everything was carefully put back exactly in place (including pictures and curtain rods).
And the walls in the bathroom were sanded so well it was like eel skin. I’m not kidding.
All this and the price is right.
