Always a good experience at P.F. Chang’s. No lunch rush here, we came in and were immediately seated. The hostess and server were sharp and witty. Love the engagement with the customers because at Chang’s, the experience is more than just good food. The people really make it what it is. I always get the most spicy dishes they have so ordering was easy, I just say«give me something that would choke professional wrestler.» I love the warm and rich colors of the restaurant and the fact that there is plenty of natural light. Valet parking is right next door so you don’t have to walk to far if you use the service. They have a full bar so if you Über it, the night is yours!

Their food is disgusting. I seriously think that after you place your order someone runs over to Panda Express and gets it from there. The sauces are heavy and overused which is an easy way to cover for lazy cooking. It feels like a fast foods place with nice silverware and a giant horse at the entrance. I have to admit that the service was great. The wait staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I guess they know that they’re serving junk food.

This is my Fave P.F. Chang’s not the easiest to get to and the parking Sucks, however the service and freshness of the food makes up for the parking. Once inside and seated you forget where you are and just relax and enjoy the meal. The servers are accommodating and friendly, your order comes out fast considering the restaurant is crowded. We had been at Cedars since 6;20am and we were ready to relax and have some good food and service.

The food and service was great. We had Kung Pao chicken and lobster rice for entrée. I love the family style ordering. Let’s not forget the crab wontons(I think they are called that). So fresh and perfectly crispy fried. I really liked the lobster in the rice. It has a nice buttery flavor but a bit more salt than necessary. Our server was there when needed and had a very good customer service personality.

I was at the Beverly Center with my mom and we decided to grab lunch. We had never been, so thought why not. This place is not good. We are a pretty sensitive pallet to crazy salty Chinese food. I’d prefer never to go back. I can just go to my mom’s house and she makes amazing food. If you’re a guru in Chinese food, don’t come here. You will not be inpressed. To be quite honest, I wish there were separate ratings for customer service and food quality. The food quality was 2 stars, and the service was a 4. I gave it a happy medium of 3. ENJOY!

We hosted 14 people at the PF changs at the Beverly center. Valet parking was rough during prime time but our waiter handled our table with professionalism and did a great job making us feel like we were a priority. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari, lettuce wraps both vegetarian and chicken, Mongolian beef, won ton soup, ginger chicken for the healthier eaters. The cod is moist s d delicious. Pf changs is always great but this particular one provided us with a great dining experience even with our large party.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has gone down over the last couple years. You can never go wrong with their chicken lettuce wraps, I even order this as my entrée sometimes! The«dinner for two» deal seems to be popular($ 39.95 per person). This comes with your choice of soup, a small appetizer to share, entrée, and one dessert to share. Although it is filling, the food isn’t as good as it used to be. We ordered spicy chicken and honey walnut chicken with a side of shrimp fried rice. It was obvious that the chicken is made and then simply tossed in different sauces depending on the entrée you order(similar to how other places make their wings). This means the flavors and seasonings are not infused in the chicken like it used to be(or at least that’s what I think they do now). Now, I just feel like I am paying for over-priced Chinese food. I am sticking with the 3 star rating for now because I still enjoy their chicken lettuce wraps and the fried banana dessert.

I always thought that P.F. Chang’s was a WAY overpriced Panda Express, so I don’t come here very often. However, I was recently at the Beverly Center and wanted to walk to a nicer restaurant. P.F. Chang’s is located in the street level of the Beverly Center. I came here on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was pretty empty, so I got seated right away. The restaurant itself is pretty big and spacious and there is plenty of seats all around. The waiter came right away to take our drink order and later our food order. After looking at the menu, I settled on the sea bass and the honey walnut shrimp. The food came out pretty quickly and since it’s been like years since I have been to P.F. Chang’s, I was hoping that the food will be different. Alas, it was the same. Average, overpriced food. The sea bass was good, but it was SOOO salty.(I LOVE salty food, but this was a little much for me). The honey walnut shrimp was also just OK. I thought it was a little too saucey for me. I ended up eating most of the sea bass and eating TONS of rice to cut the saltiness out. Overall, I give this place 3 stars for their average food. The service was also a little spotty. Our waiter was prompt about taking our order, but I never saw him again, until I flagged him down for our check. You can park at the Beverly Center and walk down to the street level using the escalators.

GROSS i mean Wow, WOW! The food tastes like maybe they are using their frozen line of foods to feed the customers in this restaurant. This is by far the most horrible chinese food I have eaten in a long time! My spicy fried shrimp was cold /soggy from sitting to long. probably. Crab wontons, Cold /soggy, and horrible flavors from the wontons and the freezing cold sauce.

HOSTESSES: Terrible customer service! Walked in Saturday afternoon to pick up an order an two ladies in the front desk looked like they were depressed, sad, and angry by the there rude body language and just demeanor overall. It was an african american lady and a lady with dark long hair. I came in and approached them and they looked at me as if they were annoyed they had to deal with another customer, no greeting whatsoever, no smile, nothing! I kindly asked where I can pick up my order and they just pointed to the back towards the kitchen. It was my first time picking up so it would have be nice if they would of told me to whom or where exactly i need to pick up my order. If your misserable working there, then get another job. Hostess should be inviting and at least greet the customers when you walk in… P.F. Chang’s is not in a bad area so I expected more from location. The waiter that was incharge of charging my takeout order was friendly and nice. The food is okay. I’ll be takign my business elsewhere…

Let’s be real could the service be any worse? They should be really embarrassed of people waiting 10 – 15 minutes at a table and nobody comes over. The last time I was here they did the same thing and the Server must have taken a 20 minute nap in the back because SHEWASNOWHERETOBEFOUNDFOR20 minutes. I actually used to be a server at a restaurant in AZ and the service was great so I’m not sure what’s going on here. I just walked out since nobody ever came over. I don’t know if I will be back.

Why did I come here again? Oh yeah because my 10year old daughter said she loves the orange chicken here(roll eyes). Don’t get me wrong I use to love PF Change but the quality in the food has fell to about a 1star. It also seem like the menu changed(less items) but still the quality in food is awful. Come on Chang what’s wong with you!!! Appetizer Fried Wonton(filled with cream cheese) — 2star blah Food Orange Chicken– 2stars(bland and cold) Fried rice– 2star Kung pao Shrimp & scallop– 3stars(use to be 5) Service– is always great but too bad I’ll never go back :(

My first time write a review here. I want to tell every body be careful when you eat the vegetable with curry sauce. One week ago, I throw up in the bathroom for a long time after I ate this. My first time throw up after eating in the restaurant. I was shocked. I called them up and told them this is happened to me and ask them for credit, they are keep saying it’s not their food make me sick. But I’m sure something wrong with the curry sauce. I’m deeply disappointed and shocked. I won’t go there again. My roommate also told me she doesn’t have good experience in PF Chen.

Brought my 8VIP guests here and I faced the baddest, the worst customer service ever I faced in resturant business, the heart breaking was the person who did this was Brain the manager, his not deserve to be working there, he has very bad attitude. It was my guests first time being in PF Chang and they didn’t know what to order, he was answering my clients with rolling eyes and disrespectfully I will never give business to this branch. The waiter was much helpful and nice. We dinne 8−17−15 @ 9:30PM seat on the corner by the street. I will write this review on Unilocal,Facebook, Twitter…

SERVICE: Some of the best service I received in LA. Came here for a bday on Friday night and the group arrived at different times. The waiter was super accommodating and brought us everything we needed. He even brought us separate checks without any problem! Sometimes waiters will give you attitude when you ask for that but this guy did it no problem. The restaurant was also not super crowded that night so that helped too! FOOD: Vegetable lettuce wraps — tofu was cooked well, crunch with chesnuts and rice crispies things — very good! I highly recommend this! Pad Thai with tofu — not too saucy or sweet; good flavor

PF Chang’s one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. This one is located in the Beverly Center. I usually come here for lunch during the work week. Usually I sit at the bar and the service is quick and easy. Lunch specials is the real deal. Make sure to try the crispy honey, Pepper steak, Mongolian beef, or the sesame chicken lunch special. Just writing this review makes me hungry!

So today is one of those days where I have to point out that big yellow elephant in the room that everyone knows is there but no one wants to talk about, that elephant is P.F. Changs. Usually a place like this would be dismissed by anyone simply because its one of those restaurants that everyone understands is a chain and therefore it gets slack because everyone knows its not really authentic Chinese food. However, I do have to point out that even though the food here is a bit better than some smaller Chinese restaurants, the food is a bit pricey for what it is. Every time I get 3 dishes here I end up paying almost $ 60, and if you’re doing take out, in comparison to other local chinese restaurants, it is a bit much for the average Chinese food customer. On one occasion, I overlooked past their overpriced meals, and went here for my usual takeout on a Friday night, and they didn’t even give me the white rice that comes with the food. I wouldn’t have minded if I had a small take out order, but I ordered like 5 entrees, and this is what I get in return? But it doesn’t stop here on the inconsistency issue, sometimes they don’t give me utensils, or the sauce that comes with the lettuce wraps, or they skimp out on the lettuce for the lettuce wraps, I guess it just varies, on whether you catch them on a good day or not. Overall, I am ok with the food, I still order from them on occasion, but there’s some things that need to be addressed so they can improve the quality of service on this location. I also have a big problem with the parking here at the Beverly Center. I always have to come here and bring a buddy to pick up the food while I drive around in circles because the security is very stringent about letting you stop anywhere near the restaurant. Other than that, I still do recommend Changs, the lettuce wraps are good here, the orange peel beef is one of my favorites as well as the broccoli beef. However, if ordering take out, I do recommend ordering ahead of time on weekends, since they get really busy and it takes them a while to prepare the food. Changs may not be «authentic» as a Chinese restaurant, but as a restaurant they have pretty decent food and if you’re in the Mid City/Miracle Mile area, its a good alternative for a late night takeout spot since they are open til 11.

After about 6 visits, I can fairly conclude this is my least favorite PFC:(1) The servers treat you like an afterthought(being more concerned about whose turn it is for break); and(2) The bar area feels like a thoroughfare between the parking lot and the pick up counter. Overall, it doesn’t seem inviting, friendly, or clean. If you have a choice, go to another one.
