Really good for a food court place. Ordered the phở and it was delicious. I like Vietnamese food to start with and this place was better than some popular phở spots I’ve visited. The price was good considering we were in Century City and the dining area is really nice and relaxing. Perfect for those long shopping trips when all you wanna do is sit and eat. Service was quick and the quality was good. Definitely going back in the future.

Beef bowl has zero flavor. We had to ask for sauce and they looked at us like we were crazy. Don’t try any of their vegan dishes, waste of time. My salmon was burnt and dry. Lots of rice though thanks for that. Took forever. It’s the McDonald’s of Vietnamese food. At $ 15/person

Maria took my order. Cornish Hen w/Brown Rice plate, Beef Phở and Chicken Egg Rolls. Very satisfied with the attention to detail. We don’t eat onion so when we asked for no onion she made the effort to let us know that there were green and white onions. Most restaurants don’t do that and you end up with green onions on your meal when you wanted no onion of any kind. Most times the green onion is a garnish, so it is not on the menu. Thank you Maria for taking the extra step!!! We will be back, for sure.

Instead of our regular Phở noodles, we decide to try something different this time. And me think first and last time, won’t make that mistake again. The pork vermicelli with spring rolls couldn’t have tasted more bland. I had to douse it with lots of hot sauce to have any flavor at all, and I mean all I got was hot spicy — that was better than tasteless. The pork was dry and the fish sauce tasted like cheap watered-down vinegar. If I wasn’t so hungry and didn’t spend $ 12 on this food, I would have tossed it… I will no longer make this mistake again, and will happily wait in long lines for food that I know I will enjoy. My 2 cents.

not sure why this place continues to get a string of negative reviews, but have to admit it gave us pause yesterday when deciding whether or not to go to nibi phở. but we had a wicked craving for phở at 9AM, and nibi is both near by and open. all of the other phở places don’t open until 11 or 11.30. we arrived at 9.45, after calling ahead to make sure that they were indeed open and serving. two orders of beef phở, add meatballs(they no longer offer the combo beef/meatball phở, which just seemed to confuse them in the past anyway), plus an order of eggrolls. $ 29 ish, and we left quite full. the broth was still decent, and yes, the noodles were a bit of a block at the bottom, but nothing that a bit of stirring couldn’t fix. the cook forgot the meatballs again, but at least i caught it this time at the counter, so he quickly added some. no big deal, and a nice addition for only $ 1. the egg rolls were still tasty, and i like how all of the vegetable garnishes for both the phở and egg rolls are nice and fresh. still a nice option for early weekend morning phở, especially since our baby can run around the nearly deserted food court at this hour.

Two words: food poisoning. I spent all night praying to the porcelain gods, and their were moments where I just slept on the floor. It was the beef Phở, which I sadly loved at this place before this. Now I will never ever be back and probably just stay away from Phở all together. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and stay away. For the staff: it was 12⁄4 evening.

I don’t know how else to put this. It was truly awful and I’m not sure how you screw up rice with beef. I guess the beef was poor quality and the rice was warm not hot. That’s how. In this open mall of dining, restaurants come and go all the time. My advice is find the ones that have stuck around the longest and eat there. Pretty much a waste of $ 10. A shame. Update to owner: I went on the same day I posted. November 23

The fact that this establishment serves ‘phở’ is blasphemy. The owner has some nerve. You serve expensive bowls of phở when clearly it lacks in quantity and quality compared to other phở restaurants. The amount of noodles they give is half of what other places give. The broth is a disaster. There is no flavor at all. I would seriously reconsider choosing this place for phở. Try at your own risk.

I’ve gone to a lot of different PHO restaurants and it’s sad to say that this has been the worst one of them all. I asked for a beef noodle soup and I got a mass of hard noodles sitting on the bottom of the bowl. I let it sit for a while to see if the heat will make a difference and it was still just a mass of noodles stuck together. The beef didn’t get to cook well either or onions. Such a disappointment.

Ordered their Beef phở. It’s missing the basic Flavor of phở. I should’ve known after noticing that the place was empty while the other places in the food court were packed. Crazy… But oh well, live and learn…

I needed a phở fix really bad so I opened up my doordash app and this place was at the top of the list for phở. Order lead time was a bit long but this was probably not the restaurant’s fault. My dreams of beef phở bliss was instantly crushed when I took a sip of the broth. Very unremarkable. It may look like beef phở. But it definitely doesn’t taste like beef phở. Maybe I’m being a little harsh because great phở can easily be found in Little Saigon and I just assumed that I would get something comparable in West LA. I’m even willing to cut some slack because I didn’t expect the phở to be as good as Little Saigon. But this phở is not even in the same ballpark.

I ordered the Phở chicken soup for delivery Only broth lots of rice paddy and tinny bit of chicken. All the ingredients were missing. I called and spoke to the manger«nothing we can do» will never order from there again. Worst Phở Soup ever. Total rip off and bad customer service.

Decent but expensive food. One star less because there was a service charge that was added. My friends did not have any service charge added to their bills at neighboring food court eateries. Beware…

Seriously? I don’t know how this place calls their food phở. Any self respecting chef should not, with a sane mind, call this phở. The broth doesn’t taste like anything. It seems to be water with a hint of beef, only noticeable in the visibly floating oil. The amount of meat you get is embarrassing, as its quality. Delivery will also say the arrival time is ~30 minutes earlier than its actual expected time. Their packing was also hurried and incomplete as our soups arrived with broken lids. Edit to reply to comment: yes I did :(

I LOVE Nibi Phở! Such a great piece of culture here at Century City. Definitely able to get my fix every time :) Plus, the staff is so so nice!

Meh I know it’s a food court. I know it’s in Century City. But just skip it if you respect yourself.

So-so food, bad customer service, pricey drinks. The Phở is 7 out of 10 stars… It’s good for someone craving for a hot noodle soup. But the service was terrible. The lady at the counter was impatient, got my order wrong, and when I pointed out she made a mistake, she was annoyed and said, «That’s why I repeated your order before I charged you.» O… K… No customer wants to hear an ill-mannered cashier or server. You made a mistake, say sorry. That’s the end of it. Back to the food, they have some good flavored boba drinks — avocado, lychee, etc. Quite pricey at almost $ 6! Why, even the most delicious boba in Koreatown is only about $ 4. Also ordered the shrimp and chicken plate. It had about 2 pieces of shrimp and 4 pieces of chicken. That’s it. If they can improve on this, that will be better. I rated this initially as one star only… but now updated to two stars because owner is responsive. I went on a Friday night. Will try again next time, and update if I see improvement.

Very, very salty broth in the shrimp phở. I think my sodium went up a couple of points after this lunch. I have phở all the time and this one was particularly salty.

2.5 but rounding up I like that you are seeing more phở spots on the westside, as well as in food courts. The broth is just whatever, not too great. The noodles were also overcooked. As far as mall food courts go, I liked 350 Phở inside the Westfield Topanga mall better. At least over there you can get a small phở with half a banh mi.

I got the beef phở, and while I didn’t care for the fattiness of the beef, the rest of the soup was decent and the vegetables were fresh. I’ll probably try shrimp or tofu next time. It’s approx $ 10 – 11 for a bowl of phở after tax. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, unlike other reviews… less than 5 minutes. It’s not exactly a place to make a special trip for, but when I’m craving phở on a workday, I’m happy to have this as an option close by.
