Being Phobulous at 9021Pho Beverly Hills

Soo exciting to attend my very first Unilocal event :) Well worth it, friendly staff, cool Unilocal swag. And we got a such a great sampling of the menu, that even though this isn’t the best or most authentic Vietnamese restaurant, I’d still be able to order here with confidence. The owner pointed out that she tries to keep the sodium content down.
The potstickers were excellent and got the most enthusiastic response from my table.

What a Fantastic Event!!!
Checking was quick and easy with Brittany and crew.
1^st course was the spring rolls. They were crisp and full of great flavor and peanut sauce was sauce not paste very good.
2^nd course was the Pot stickers. YUMMMMM. Again sauces were fresh and worked well.
3^rd course was the Phở. I got Phở Ga and it was great. We were told about the recipe for the broth and that is had NO MSG. (YAY!!) The chicken was moist and went well with the broth.
4^th/​5^th course was the Chicken and Thai noodles and Vegetarian Curry. Will be back for both of those for sure.
6^th was a sweet surprise. A perfect Tapioca.
I met 3 other Unilocaler’s, Joe, Lori and George. It was a great opportunity to break bread with you. Looking to do it again soon.

This was my first Unilocal event, and it was amazing. Honestly, I had no idea what I was going to be walking in to. The entire even ran smoothly and everyone was so friendly. It was great being around so many Unilocalers.
I had driven and walked past this venue plenty of times and I always said that I needed to come in and try it. I’m glad I finally did. The vegan spring rolls were delicious and I was happy that the restaurant was able to adjust the menu a bit to work with my vegan diet. The food was amazing– I will say that the tapioca dessert was my favorite. The venue itself is fairly small; however there is both indoor and outdoor seating available.
The highlight of the evening was being able to meet the owner. She and her staff did a wonderful job.
I will definitely be attending other Unilocal events from now on. Thank you all!

Parking was great, and free after 6 pm whoot-​whoot!
Local Beverly Hills spot for celebrities.
The Food was super duper delicious, Phở was excellent tasting and portions were very large.
This location has been her for 5 years, and lots more locations coming, (I asked the workers)
Vegas, and New york will be expecting a 9021pho soon :)
