McDonald’s

Few things are more frustrating than ordering a double ¼ pounder and opening the box to a single. This place is consistent in their bad service.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for 10 years and nothing has changed. Their service sucks. This morning 01/​11/​2016 at 6am, I dealt with a Hispanic female with a bun. She was at the second window where u pick up your food. She was so rude. Not even a good morning or thank you have a good day. When I asked her are all the cream and sugars in my coffee because last couple times I went in drive through I realized they just dumped everything in my bag even though I asked to be placed in my coffee. I’m a driver and can’t be trying to fix my coffee while driving. They are lazy. She snapped at me when I asked about the cream and sugars and then just walked away while I was still talking.

This McDonald’s never seems to have fresh fries after hours it’s frustrating because I go during my 30 min break so I don’t have as much time as is and come to find out the fries are old and hard as f!
Come on now do I really have to tell u guys to make me fresh fries all the time ??
This was the last straw going to jack from now on

Translation:
Fucking place is disgusting stinks like a restroom the whole restaurant and if you go to the bathroom you will throw up before you get in and u have to pay a quarter, no tokens., people there don’t give a shit its the worst off all.

Came to McDonalds after traveling for 30hrs back to LA and we wanted to stop and get something quick.
I normally wouldn’t expect good service from McDonalds, but the lady that took our order was very rude, which led me to Unilocal.
Food was good, just wish the lady that took the order knew a thing or two about customer service.

Worse McDonald’s ever, & i go to a lot of McDonald’s. I only go to this location because it’s across the street from my job. Their customer service is terrible, they don’t pay attention to anything, & they are slow with service. Unbelievable.

Parking is spacious so no need to worry about that people are in and out constantly…
ots 8:50am and so far the employees look like they r working hard for all this flow of clients…
Ordered my food quick and with ease… no attitude from the cashier worker…
It kind of makes u feel uneasy that they need a security guard even tho unarmed the question is why?
Recieved my food in an appropriate time since it is packed inside and it was accurate so I dont underatand many of the complains on here yet again people try to expect much from fast food industries…

I’ve always hated this franchise. Especially the customer service. It sucks so bad !! Especially this guy (Marlon). Gave an attitude throughout the whole order. Ugh! I recommend to go somewhere else. Worse service & franchise ever. Unsafe too !

Another bad experience on McDonalds.
How come this place stays in business? That’s what I always think when I’m pissed on how slow their service is.
The food here are also bad. I never thought that this McDonalds is the same as the last McDonalds that I’ve been to.
Not gonna happen again. Ignore Ignore Ignore.

The food was old. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while

This is the closest Mcdonald’s to my work and I usually hit the drive through for a quick cup of coffee. I can tolerate the homeless or Urban Campers, whatever the current term is now, but three times in the last two weeks I have gotten lukewarm coffee. I don’t know if it is the equipment or the employees, but a HOT cup of coffee helps me jump start my day. If they screw that up, I can only guess that it goes downhill from there. I called and complained and I will give them one more chance before I find another coffee place.
Update: I gave them a final chance for coffee. I ordered the medium cup which showed a price of $ 1.49 on the drive through display board. When I went to pay, I saw that they had actually charged me $ 1.79. I pointed this out to the girl at the drive through. Two weeks later I drove through again and they have not updated the price. Buyer Beware! I do not know if this is the case with other products they sell, but make sure you check your receipt. Dropped down to one star. I will not return there again.

To be fair this McD’s is pretty darn fast. Luckily I go with my spanish speaking coworkers because the register person had a hard time understanding me in english. Usually this place is crawling with homeless peeps hitting you up in line. that afternoon there was a uniformed security person out front by the door. definitely helped to keep them out and was appreciative of being able to grab a quick bite without being harrassed.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The manager, Jorge. is the meanest boss I have ever met. He treats his employees like crap. I used to work there, and it is filthy. I quit my job there around the time the Mcwrap was introduced and I swear to god I have seen him serve food that was dropped on the kitchen floor. Please don’t eat there, I used to get a 50% discount and I still didn’t eat there. I usually went to BK down the street or to one of the many vendors across the street selling hot dogs and corn on the cob.

Tried to use my living social big mac and large fries certificate here. The would only accept them as discount coupons, not redeemable for a big mac and large fries as it should be. I realize that tax is not included in the certificates, but they employee and manager tried to charge me $ 4.50 for both items.

So this McDonald’s is having construction. This means that the Drive though was blocked and I have to go inside sometimes. Between the homeless cursing at everyone inside and the workers who never give you any condiments this place is not my fav McDonalds. By the way you really have to ask them for everything. There will be no napkins, no ketchup for your fries, and your sauces for the McNuggets will not be what you asked for (I ask for Hot mustard they put in Ranch). Always check your order and ask them for everything. I hate this McDonalds but it’s the closest to my office.

Hidden among an industrial area that is pretty much dead after six pm, if that’s the time you’re wanting fries and a hot apple pie, this is the location you want instead of the more visible McD’s at Alameda & 7^th Street (across from the Greyhound Station if that tells you anything)
Everyone at this McDonald’s is quick, efficient, and friendly.
