Good spot more than what I expected from where it’s at!!! Both cashiers were extremely awesome. I will definitely return because service is all. Headi made my experience one of a kind. Thank you.

They have breakfast all day. The place is kinda hidden, they keep the inside pretty clean but the rest room makes you feel like you don’t only need to wash your hands but take a shower as well. It is fiiiiiiiilthy!

This place is a Joke, the Morning manager she is a joke. I went online to make a complaint about not getting what i ordered and getting an OJ with a leak. The OJ was bad. The District Manager Dave assured me that they would make it right, just go in there and give them his name and my name. I showed up this morning and just got treated like if i was trying to rob the place, They didn’t care who I was nor did they even know who the district manager was. I waited for a few minutes so they can verify it, but when the lady manager came back she was rude and acted like i was bothering her. I just left without any food or a refund. If Jack in the box chooses to have people like that working there, i guess wont be eating at Jacks anymore. If they had done their job right in the first place, everything would have been fine. PS the cashiers was caring and a pleasure to deal with, she should be the manager.
Why they hire managers that totally don’t car about customers, and cant speak fluent English bothers me.

Bad service no help asked for a munchie meal all I got was 4 fries and 4 curly fries I asked if I can get more she said no we only give a pinch

I am desperate and occasionally walk from my work for a coffee or because I forgot my lunch. I am regularly cat called or whistled at by pimps, truckers, druggies, and old working class dudes. homeless people regularly hit you up and sometimes harass me and that’s just in a 2 – 3 block radius one way and back… the hood’s a bit rough it’s better to walk in small groups or a car. Have driven through and been told their credit card machine wasn’t working. and I don’t carry cash in mugsville. so no coffee for me. :(The store itself is pretty dirty and full of people who populate this neighborhood but not people who work here. we all run away. The customer service is standard/​good fast food service and the food is jack in the crack, same frozen reheated stuff as every other place. Again happy I have SOMETHING in this neighborhood cos there isn’t a whole lot else but still would rather not.

I have nothing again Jack’s. but avoid this location, besides the horrible service this place was not well maintain trash every where. I just ended up leaving hands down worse experience at Jack in the box…

Yikes keep going & hold it if you can till you find the next restroom.
I stopped here for a quick breakfast & to use the toilet. It was a nasty mess, your better of going in a nearby bush. I only ordered an orange juice. Ah the many characters you will encounter, please approach with CAUTION. Parking is provided. Security of your property isn’t.

This is my favorite Jack in the Box EVER. Its right down the street from my boyfriend’s apartment and its one of the only fast food joints around aside from Farmer Boys and Mickey D’s. Yoshinoya just moved in down the street too, but ew.
The staff here is always SO friendly, have never messed up my order and the food is always hot and freshly prepared. Every once in a while you’ll get a homeless person come up and ask for money, but what can you expect for the area? They’re just part of the experience now.

ok, its 6:00 am and on my way to qork, needing some on the go breakfast to get the day going. this jacks is on my way to my office and you know what its dam good… i had the sausage and egg croissant with a large coffee… All i can say is dam good and hot, you can taste the freshness of the coffee and the sausage and egg croissant is hot and moist, i have never had a fresh breakfast as i did at this jacks. now if only joy and enthusiasm can go beyond food it would be perfect. try it.
