Excellent customer service… Not one but Two managers were busy figuring out what sauce I needed… Went above and beyond for hundred percent satisfaction… Served my burgers fast too… That’s what I’m talking about! Good job.

Rigoberto should be renamed «rushoberto» and work on his customer service.
Hey Rigoberto, don’t rush my order. Your drive through wasn’t even busy. You need to work on greeting the customer and thanking them after they pay.
Remember, if it wasn’t for us paying guests, you wouldn’t have a JOB!

Very rude. Got my order wrong and then snatched the bag from my hand and threw my bag back at me when she finally decided to fix the order. Very disappointing.

This place use to be good. I came the other day I got old fries they taste hard and stale. Then next day my son wanted a happy meal his fries where the same I don’t maybe it’s just night crew.

these three stars are for «Bobby «the manager, man with the vest and lil eye glasses, well turns out I go in to mcds on a wensday being gay and tranny night and the rude worker better known as «prax «there is having a ball ignoring customers and mingling with the weirdos in the lobby, ignoring all the customers waiting to place their orders, while poor bobby is busting his ass all by himself. this fucker is always so rude to all the customers, you can’t ask this bipolar fuck for a pack of ketchup cuz he’s just so rude, and forget about asking him to buzz you in to use their yucky bathroom , now we get even more attitude. I think next time this happens I will go VH-​1 on his ass and slam my high c drink on him .he is soo oOoo0oo rude, we love you Bobby, keep up the great work, you run that bitch all by yourself!!!

Ordered hot fudge Sunday’s, half fudge & half ice cream… They scrapped the old fudge and put it in the Sunday. Nasty, clumpy, dry fudge. Wtf.

These people constantly short change me on what I order. They are basically thieves who leave food off your order and then pocket the money. I have gone back several times and they sheepishly give me the missing food. DO NTO GO HERE THEY ARE THIEVES!

Horrible i waited for my order for 15 minutes. Drive thru. Besides that they also messed up my order.

Awesome drive-​thru service!, never had a problem on placing my order, fast speed service, the place has made a big change for the better, parking lot is kept clean through out the day, the customer service is always above and beyond with happy cheerful employees!

If you don’t carry cash don’t stop here. Stopped to get my son some oatmeal and saw a sign on one of the registers that said cash only, and there was no ATM. I asked if they could just run it on another register since I don’t carry cash. The girl very rudely replied we don’t take cards. Blows my mind, a McDonald that doesn’t use cards! Anyways won’t be around there again… Ever!

five stars for the awesome drive thru guy we had, Robert! he was really helpful, patient and just all around pleasant… love it when that happens!

been here a few times scince i used to live down the st they always take for ever but i try and keep calm last time i was here i ordered a sausage mc muffin and it was just bread and cheese very annoyed by there service

How hard is it to get a breakfast order right. I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and 1 sausage burrito. They forgot the sauce and only gave me one egg McMuffin. Dude how hard is it to work at a fast food joint… A college degree should become a standard for employment.

Its Mickey D’s there’s nothing much to report here. They’re all pretty much the same. Buying breakfast for my baby girl, this is what she’s craving

Try to give them another chance. What a waste of time. It still took way too long and I am NOT a person to gripe about how long your food takes to make but same thing happen order totally wrong and you would think it was busy with a line down the block but it was me and just one or two other customers

Back again for the free coffee, but decided to order a baked apple pie.
Well, this location managed to freaking set me off!
My apple pie was cold. I bit into it just as I got to work, a mile away.
Now, the only things I would go back for are hash browns, and free coffee. I feel a little silly, getting so ticked off over a $ 0.75 treat, but no one should endure the cruelty of cold apple pies.

I referenced this McDonalds in my review of the newly renovated Burbank Branch on San Fernando (practically on the same street, just in another city!) so I thought I should write my comparison to the five stars I gave that one.
Start off. Lots of crazy homeless people. You may fear for your life. The cops stop by almost everyday. Considering this is central Sun Valley I find this terribly sad.
Because of the number of homeless people trying to steal free soda, the fountain machines aren’t usually turned on. You have to ask at the counter for them to turn them back on if you want a refill unless they are very busy. Even then they usually only have the machine closest to the counter active. The other is on during the lunch rush only.
The staff is rude, slow at their job, and just not particularly smart. I do not advise purchasing food late at night as I have gotten sick off of it. They don’t like you being there for any length of time and the store has actually blocked up some of their outlets.
The men’s room stall has a broken door, it’s been this way for months in varying levels of broken. The urinal constantly runs, doesn’t run at all, or is overflowing. I’ve seen the soap dispenser empty for longer then the time it takes to replaced it.
One of the booth benches in the dining room spent two to three months falling off the wall at an unsafe angle (as in if you sat in it, you’d slide off onto the floor) before McDonalds marked it as out of order.
Stop here in midday if your really want McDonalds and have no other choice. There’s an amazing one if you go south on San Fernando into Burbank and one straight down Sunland/​Vineland (turn right on Burbank Blvd) or numerous other fast food restaurants to choose from.

OMG… This McDonalds is beyond filthy!!! I have never seen a McDonalds this dirty!!!
