First, i don’t do too much complaining, however i feel the need to express how i was attended, The gentlemen in the drive thru did not seem very kind, i couldn’t hear too well, i asked for 4 egg mcmuffins and only got 3. I ordered another one, i also ordered a hot chocolate, which was very low in portion, i took one sip and it was half way down, i would assume for a beverage thats 2 dollars, they would fill it up to the top.

Took me 30 minutes to get my actual food. From the time I pulled in to the drive thru till I got my food. I was stuck with 2 cars behind me. It was frustrating and all I ordered was a drink and fries.

Passed by drive thru and asked for a frappé, they told me they didn’t have ice to make my frappé. I understood, while waiting to get out the drive thru line I saw several customers coming out from inside the restaurant with Frappuchinos. Very mad

On April 8th, 2015 my sister took a cab to this store to order breakfast to go for both of us. My order included a medium sized orange juice and is charged for on the receipt. However, they filled it with a small. So, a few days later I returned to report the error. Even though the price difference is about $.30 or less, they should be made aware of the mistake and given an opportunity to make it right. The manage responded as though I was running some sort of scam!

Worst customer service ever! I come to this location since it’s the closest to my house. I admit some of the employees are friendly but then you have some that are just full of attitude and are just so rude! What’s so hard of taking an order?! I’m usually missing items on my order or I get the wrong stuff! I’m sure you just need a high school diploma to work here. But then again anyone can get one now a days –_–

I order two spicy chicken sandwiches, one of them no mayo. Although the order was as I specified, the chicken party was cold and hard on the sides. The French fries were extremely salty and warm, NOTHOT as they supposed to be. I also ordered chicken tenders, and since I know McDonalds cares less about the quality of food and how long the products are waiting to be serve after being cooked, I requested to make them fresh as well as for chicken nuggets(20 pieces). However they were warm and the chicken tenders were hard to shew. I asked for ranch sauce but instead I got barbecue. To make it worst I substituted my regular drink for chocolate shake and THEYGAVEMEVANILLA, and not even vanilla, the color was pure white like the one for ice cream! I didn’t speak with the manager because I tend to lose my temper especially when is not the first time that this restaurant, if I can call it like that, gives me the wrong order or the«right» order with the worst quality. On top of that, the lady that took my order wasn’t friendly and it looked she was half way sleepy. The presenter literally told me «here’s your order» not even«hello, here’s your order, would like ketchup for your fries?» or «thank you for coming, have a nice evening». Your people seriously need to take some customers service training, and someone in the kitchen must be checking the quality and time of the food your are serving. Lastly, someone must be at the end line checking bags presentation, my bags were all crumbled! It was my last visit to this place, can even trust your crew. I wouldn’t mind paying more or even waiting like I did if my food were hot and exactly as I order it. Ridiculous! Thank goodness Chick-fill-A USC reopened its doors last week. I few dollars more but the service as well as the food can’t even be compared to this McDonalds. Not even star but have to press at least one for my comment to be submitted.

Came here for breakfast. Dined in. Fast service and friendly staff. Something I noticed was that some of the staff members were really nice to the customers. Like it was nice to see them talk and actually interact with people in that way. Good way to start off the day. No complaints and just your ordinary McDonald’s.

I usually don’t like coming to the mcdonalds here in south central but this by far the best in the ghetto. I’ve been here many times considering it’s my favorite one due to the fact that I don’t have to repeat my orders and they always get my order right in both dine in and drive thru. Yes the place only gets messy when all the middle school kids come after school but they are quick to clean up afterwards. Hint they are kids!!! Kids do NOT clean up after themselves.

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The entire floor was sticky, the bathrooms are kept in horrible condition, and homeless people are allowed to sit inside without buying anything. I told the manager but that wasn’t much help. Stay away from this place!

Worst McDonald’s Ever. Since when do you have an attitude because you called my number and put my food on the side of the register where I ordered it instead of the place where orders are normally placed..(the open pick-up area NEAR the registers) then it’s in a bag– when I said the order was for HERE… then didn’t give me any straws or jelly… Same issue with another customer, no forks for thier breakfast —- Just awful. They need to take a 2 day shutdown and get their teamwork and organization skills together. Think I’ll drive further for better service.
