One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! That double cheese king burger ain’t no joke! You better be hungry. Fries are good too if you like them with seasoning salt. To go orders only, no seating. You can call your order in.

Tonight was my first and last time going to the nasty overpriced establishment. Wet burrito — which was dry. How the hell when wet is in the name?! The steak meat was hella salty. The shit looks like they through everything in the plate then tucked the tortilla around it and added ketchup and chips. Turkey burger — was also dry. I asked for extra mayo and pickles. I didn’t get either! Chilli cheese fries– were cold and nasty. How the fuck do mess up dolores chili? Who does that?! Cheese wasnt even melted. After waiting 30 minutes and spending $ 23 this was complete BS.

This place has the best hamburgers in southwest LA. I order master burger combo, a burger, French fries and a soda if you have an empty stomach this combo will make you feel full.

Wait time is ridiculous… i could have went to the store bought all the ingredients and made them faster… phone ordering is mandatory! Chili cheese fries were average.

These burgers are huge and pretty good. The turkey burger is also a good break from a traditional burger. Too bad the neighborhood is ghetto AF.

Came here after service refused at there 2nd location. The food was very good and the hispanic guy working there was very friendly. Dont live in the LA area but i will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends as we are always on the look for something new. Place may seem sketchy but they do a really good job.

Before I begin let me say I’m a native of LA, and not afraid to explore. This is one of those burger places you mustn’t judge by the appearance, Don’t be scurred lol. It may look questionable but the food is great! I usually just stick with a burger or chili cheese fries things of that nature. My favorite thus far is the pastrami burger. I get it with grilled onions mayo and extra seasoning on the meat. Not that it’s bland but I like to really taste my food. And they happily oblige every time.(: ya Can’t go wrong with any burger here really. The patties are thick enough to keep u quiet. The fries are fresh and hot, and even the soda is super fresh(you can feel that good burn) lol Not all that expensive, they have a little something for every budget. I’m never disappointed when I come. Try it out u won’t be either !

This place was awful! The burgers were super dry and flavorless. The bread was stale and crumbly. The pastrami was so salty I felt dehydrated after eating. The fries were super salty as well. I went here because someone told me it was great and I generally trust their judgment. But it was not a good dining experience. To my friend’s defense he hadn’t been here in a number of years so maybe something changed since then but it seems people actually like this place. I didn’t. And I’m not going back!

They have the best burgers ever! Definitely worth the wait because unfortunately you can easily wait 20 – 30 minutes for your food.

This place has some really good food, just not in the best location. It’s a sketchy area, so please be careful. the parking is horrid, you just might get blocked in. Call & order the food ahead of time, or you’ll be waiting a good 25−30mins. The customer service is completely terrible. I understand the employees might have to deal with rude people, but I feel like I’m put in a same bubble as the rest & receive that kind of service. We waited abt 5mins & finally when the employee came, she just said, «Yes?», with an attitude. Not necessary. I’m far frm rude, so waiting for a while & being treated this way, wasn’t cool. So if you’re in the mood for burger & fries, it’s yummy, just the area & service is wretched. Good luck.

Love this place! Mega sized burgers with great flavor and yummy fries. I order the carne asada burrito some days and it’s a big burrito. I usually never finish the burger or burrito in one sitting. These are the two main things I order. I’ve ordered the fried zucchini and fried mushrooms, wouldn’t recommend. The batter can taste a little floury even after fried. I give four stars because of the location and lack of customer service. But overall the food is great and is reasonably priced. Keep in mind, they only accept cash, but they do have an ATM nearby. Rarely have I come across something wrong with my order in all the years I’ve been here. Last advice, order to go!

Hey, they make very good hot wings. They were big and crunchy and fully cooked. I hate soft hot wings! They were perfect! I hated how they had no prices next to the food items tho. Ooh and the tax is no longer included in the price like another review stated. Now will I go back for these delicious wings. I don’t know, i know they have another location that I may have to try because going there made me feel like i was putting my life at risk! But my little one chewed through seven– she slowly bit one in her test to see of it was nasty and said, ooh these are so good, because the place was so dirty and scary looking i thought they was going to be gross. Then promptly destroyed the rest of them.

Oh, yeah. This place is totally ghetto. Dirty. Bars on the windows. Sketchy people passing by. However, the burgers are really good, as are the fries. I arrived on a motorcycle, so that sorta sets me apart from the white tourists(local or otherwise) in a good way. No one hassles me. In fact, they’re friendly and ask about the bike. The service is good, with no weirdness. The burger didn’t come quickly, but it’s handmade and cooked to order. The result is juicy and tasty, and as real as a burger is going to get at a restaurant. Cool place. It’s probably not worth a long drive, but is a good stop in the area. No drive-thru, so you will have to get out of your car, whether you want to or not.

Master Burger is a Prime Example of what a great tasting freshly seasoned handmade patty burger should be. They’ve got 3 locations in the hood, although, I will say this one is the most hood by far. I won’t speak on much of the menu as I haven’t tried most of it and some stuff that I have had is not remarkable. The burger is King here, and they have the King burger for a voracious appetite. I usually get the Turkey Burger as it is just as delectable as it’s beef counterpart but with a little less guilt. I’m local so this is my usual location. As recommended phone order ahead. The wait can be a while. If you shook stay in the car.

First of all, taxes are included in the prices. I like this bc when all I have is literally change in my pocket I can calculate if I have enough to buy the menu item I want. Secondly, this place is in the hood. Which doesn’t seem as shady now that I live in the area. But more hood than the location, are the people. Who if you have hung around before are quite chatty and nice, or like to keep to themselves. just always be respectful and for the most part your good. Parking: enter off 45th St or Vernon into the backstreet that Master Burger parking lot opens up to. The entrance from Western was blocked by outgoing cars at the time I went. 1. Master burger($ 3) — bomb. It’s so simple and at the heart of what a ½lb hood burger should be. A misshapen patty of seasoned ground beef with mayo, mustard, iceberg, raw onions, and pickles. Huge and delicious. 2. Fried Zucchini($ 3.50) — soggy, overcooked to mush, and bleh. Big portion and I wouldn’t order it again. 3. Hot Wings($ 7/10pieces) — cheap and okay. Exactly what I thought they’d be– the stereotypical medium sized chicken wing tossed in buffalo sauce. If you like wings go for it, they taste like wings at any average wing place. Not bad, not fantastic. I’d come back but just for the burgers
