Went to McDonald’s yesterday morning for breakfast. I ordered 6 Sausage McMuffins, 3 hash browns, and 2 chicken sandwiches and I took it to go because we were having a party and i had to hurry up and get home. When i got home i checked my bag and they only gave me half my order. I called back to see if i could go pick up my missing items. The woman i spoke to on the phone(Maria) said it wouldn’t be an issue, but as soon as i got there to collect my things, they decided to give me a hard time. But in the end, the gave me what i was missing.

BREAKFAST. I Come here so often and order the same thing: One sausage Mc Muffin(1.39) and One sausage EGG Mc Muffin(3.39) as listed on the menu. I also order other things for the fam so I don’t really pay attention to what I am charged. I’ve noticed on the receipt that they charge me for TWO sausage Mc Muffins w/EGG(3.39) each and ONE says –EGG but they still charged me the full 3.39. This has happened so many times! They also are short on change a few times, not to mention they forget some of your items in your bag as well. Shit, and they want to raise minimum wage?

Many, many times, this place doesn’t have ice cream. Can you believe that? Different times of the day, it didn’t matter, no ice cream; and according to their employee, it also meant no shakes too. Go to Jacks next door.

I was greeted by this cashier named Jennifer and she was super nice and perky! She took my order and gave me my filet o fish and ice cream cone, which was what I wanted. The sandwich was booomb and I’ll definitely stop by next time for a mcflurry or something

Morning shift has horrible customer services bad attitude, they don’t like to fix your order. when you call and ask for a manager they question you like what do you want? why do you want to speak to a Manger. They don’t even say there names. And one of the guy manager s in the morning shift shouldn’t even be a manager he does not know how to deal with customer complaints he has a bad attitude for being a manager and doesnt even say his name. then when you let him know why your calling most Manger ask you what can I help you with this guy was just like what do you want and didn’t even let me finish what I had to say. They either need to fix the customer service and get rid of that manger and those two girls or find new employees cause those to girls that where working at the second window have bad attitudes especially one of them like really make sure you don’t talk shit about a customer in front or a custumer.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. All the workers there must be either extremely lazy or ignorant. I go to this location often and every time I tell them I want a cheese burger with ketchup only they some how mess up. So now I tell them exactly what I want from patty to sauce to bun. My receipt will say what I told them I wanted on the burger yet they still get it wrong. And their ice cream machine is always out of service. Their employee have no customer service ethic. I understand I’m not at no facy restaurant but really? Whose the manager and what are they even doing? Just all around a horrible McDonald’s franchise.

Arrived on this past Sunday at Noon, expecting a weekend lunch crowd. Found 40 people in line for 2 cashiers, took me about 25 minutes to get to a register only to be overcharged !!! Have no complaint regarding the food, which when you finally receive it is typical McDonalds. However no explanation how a full staff running around could explain such a traffic jam !!!

Everytime I come here, I get horrible service. It takes around 10 minutes per person for the smallest order, maybe just coincidences but everytime I come here for I’ve cream, they happen to be out. Ghetto neighborhood too. And ALWAYS missing atleast one thing from my orders !

As long as you maintain McDonald’s expectations, the quality is manageable. The drive-thru was definitely adequate and timely. The attendant was quick and helpful with late additions at the window. The sausage biscuit is always a dollar and always delicious. The black coffee… don’t drink it here… just get their Iced Coffee(all flavors are decent).

I come here for all my late night cravings. Food is mc Donald’s. Service is usually pretty fast. Thank you for the 24 hr drive thru. For that… That’s a five in my book. Saved my stomach many times

If you like to ALWAYS have food missing from your order, then this is the perfect place to go to! I’ve been here 10 times, each time desperate and each time in a hurry hence the drive thru and it always amazes me that they ALWAYS forget to put in one of the items I’ve ordered. I know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. But this always happens and if you read other reviews, customers are complaining about the same thing then I wonder if it’s not an accident but more on purpose. Are they keeping the food for themselves? Don’t know about you, but I’m suspicious. And why eat at a place where I’m suspicious of their business. There are tons of other McDonald’s with much more competent staff who will make sure my order is good and ready to go every single time.

Officially done w this place. Obviously I don’t go there for the food I go because it’s convenient… They eff up EVERYSINGLEORDER… Ice cream machine hardly ever works… They always want you to wait«5 minutes for cookies» and the drive thru is a minimum wait of 10 – 15 minutes… Seriously no offense to people that worked here when they made the orders right because there was a time when that happened but the kids there now are a special kind of stupid!
