I just went to this MC Donald’s and bought a breakfast #4 and everything was good until I get to work with no sugar and cream for coffee and ketchup for my sandwich… Really!!! And they want $ 15 dollars per hour ??? I don’t understand this ???

Horrible! I went thru drive thru with high hopes of my 3 cheese burgers and what do I recieve, a freaken mcflurry! A man stretching his arm with a mcflurry thru window smh. I kept telling him that it wasn’t my order. He didn’t seem to comprehend I was pissed off and drove off. Lesson learn avoid this McDonalds’!

I went through the drive thru tonight because my mom wanted McDonalds. I went to the one closest to home for convenience. What a mistake. The girl who took my order did NOT notate I asked for fries no salt. So when I got to the window and my order was repeated to me the fries weren’t ready without salt. I asked for them to be fixed and was told I would have to go around and wait. NO. First of all its not my fault your order taker didn’t take my order correctly. Second of all the drive thru was packed therefore having to go around would have been a nightmare let along no where to park. Drive thru is for convenience. Having to exit drive thru onto the busy street and back into the parking lot/drive thru entrance is double inconvenient. I asked to speak to the manager at second window and the girl said okay. As I got to second window an employee handed me my order. I asked her if there was no salt and she hesitated and then said no. I tried one and what a liar. Had tons of salt. What kind of people work there? Lying to a customer? The manager came and said I could wait there while they waited for fresh fries. That was nice of him until walked away laughing about it and the employees followed him as we heard them all laughing about it. Have some damn integrity for your workplace and your customers. As I asked the girl at the window for the managers name she lied to me and said it was Chive as she laughed. I asked again and she said Miguel. I asked to speak to him again and he confirmed it was Miguel. No one had any name tags so can’t even mention the rude employees on here in addition. I let him know it was rude of them to laugh and have no respect for their customers. I told him I’d be leaving a review about my horrible experience and of course he continued with«you go do that now.» I guess I can’t expect anything better from McDonalds. If the employees can’t take their jobs seriously how can we take McDonalds seriously? Never again.

This place is getting worse and worse. I ordered ONE ice cream cone today. I decided to not go through the drive-through and just run in because it would be quicker. No… This would NOT be the case. It wasn’t busy. There were at least a dozen employees walking around chatting and not really working. After 20 minutes and watching people get their orders who came in WAY after me(including someone who got an icecream sunday) I finally just asked for a refund. The cashier looked confused and said somebody would get my cone. I had to insist that I just wanted my money back at least 3 times. Still, a befuddled look. I had to ask for a manager. The«manager» that came up was just as useless and ignorant. She was definitely not a manager. No apology. Just muttering something about getting my cone. At this point I needed to be very stern about not wanting anything except a refund. That’s when I asked for the 1 – 800 number for customer service. Again, befuddled looks. Mouths agape. Didn’t care one iota. Where they on drugs??? Had severe brain damage??? Other employees were looking a little nervous, including the guy I know is a manager that never bothered to come up to the counter. I had just watched him not do much, other than stand around, for the last 20 minutes. They finally manage to get the cash register open and put a crumbled dollar bill in my hand(after about 5 minutes of arguing). I paid with a card and wanted a refund on it, not cash. Whatever. I didn’t have the energy to try and explain this. I called the customer service number the second I finally got the refund and left a message. Probably another waste of energy. So much for«fast» food.

Every one that complains about messing up your order and giving this establishment 1 to 3 stars for that reason alone are cry baby’s. What place hasn’t messed up your order. You’re all cry baby’s. Any ways, I like coming to eat here when it’s not packed which is rarely or unless you come through after 9.

Ok. I already posted the pictures of the heavily neglected restroom… it was disgusting. The pictures did really prove to be my best work either. There was urine everywhere… everywhere. The toilet seats is carved up with graffiti, which glistened as it was soaking wet. The trash had been long forgotten, and the smell oh the smell… Anyhow…I still ordered two coffees as we were on a bit of a road trip and we wanted a pick-me-up. The service was great, the coffee was fresh and the dining room was clean(surprisingly clean actually… spotless even). The parking area was heavily littered, but parking was easy. If you find yourself in this little pocket of LA you can give it a shot, but you had better hold it and use another restroom. I do wonder if the employees wash there hands in that nasty bathroom… they(the associates) all looked very clean. Maybe they use an alternate restroom… thank god for hand sanitizer.

I live so close to this location but they are always running low on my favorite ingredients and it seems like every time I want a coffee the machine is being cleaned. Also if you ever go inside they’re pretty short on staff so I would recommend drive thru if you’re in a rush. On the plus side I have been given a few free items. Can’t complain if it’s free then it’s for me.

I don’t understand why this McDonalds has so many bad reviews. Yes in the past they have messed up my order but ever since they renovated it hasn’t happened once. I love this location its conveniently close to my house, the food is just like any other McDonalds, the service is great, & even when the drive thru line gets long it always moves quickly.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I go this McDonald’s because it’s really close to my house but now I drive out of the way to go to an entirely different location because I don’t want to deal with the horrible service here. I worked at a McDonald’s for a year and this service is just unacceptable. I’ve found large hairs in my food before and has to pull it out of my mouth off a buffalo ranch mcchicken. I’ve come home so many times from the drive through with the wrong order. I’ve used a coupon in store and they still managed to get the order wrong even though the coupon was for a single specific item. I have filled out surveys before with the receipts hoping they’ll do better but every time I’m met with disappointment. Whether it’s cold food, the wrong order, or hair in it I don’t come here anymore. This McDonald’s honestly disgusts me. I’ve stood inside the lobby before for 10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone who worked there to acknowledge me and give me the sauce they didn’t give me when I came through the drive through. They’re doing a promotion with a time glass right now for a free sandwich. It took us 3 minutes to get our food. Did we get a free sandwich? No. The lady just had a bitchy look on her face and asked for it back. Every time this McDonald’s fucks up it makes me regret for coming here. Awful service, disgusting food, embarrassment to the McDonald’s company.

Yet again! Horrible experience! All my orders was wrong… I was to far to go back, I called 5x, they never answered. «McDonald’s» make my next experience better(if I ever go back) I asked for a crispy chicken(Italian dressing) salad, I got grilled chicken, ranch dressing… No spoon… I also asked for a crispy chicken ranch wrap, I got honey mustard, grilled… This is not the first time it happens. Customers check your order before you leave! Not recommend…

this is like the worst McDonalds ever. Its 1242AM. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a breakfast mcmuffin. the lady said and I quote, «we are only serving breakfast and chicken nuggets right now.» I said, «really?» She said, «yes we have no bread. i know.» I said, «well as long as you acknowledge that that is embarrassing.» Stood quiet.. this is happened multiple times. I keep saying I’m going to give it one more chance. But not anymore. they also for some reason only accept cash after midnight. oh and they take like 10 minutes to actually get your goddamn order through.

Why oh why is this McDonald’s still open ??? Rude dirty I know it’s fast food but really do they have to be soo unprofessional ??? Corporate obviously doesn’t care about customer service and just wants the multi million’s coming in… My husband has had cookies thrown at him from the rude teenage worker… A petition for new management should be made…

If only i can rate with NOSTARSFORTHISMCDONALDS! Worst one ever! Customer Service is so awful! and I know a lot of Unilocalers who’ve been on this store will agree with me. I think what this mcdonalds need is a new management. This is not the first time ive complained about this store, as ive called mcdonalds customer service before, but nothing happened. So i guess i wont be coming back unless there will be changes.

I don’t see why people don’t like this McDonalds location. :o Everytime I’ve gone it’s nice, clean, and they always have fresh french fries(BIG plus for me). It’s small and the lot gets filled fast, and the service is alright. There is a cute little older woman who always has a smile, and says«Ah okay thank mijo bye.» ha
