For some reason or another they can not stay consistent in their policies one day it cost nothing for ice or a cup or you can get a large cup of ice with your purchase of bottle water and the next time there’s a charge. The staff always seems to be nice so I will rate them on that due to the fact that we need to take in to account that when a person orders their fry’s without salt the fry’s should still be up to the Golden Arches Standards. The thing about drive thru is the fact that you never know if your purchase is going to be right or not with this location.

Horrible! I came in to buy a large coke. The guy taking my order made me wait about 2 minutes before taking my order! Later they make me wait in like with only 2 cars ahead of me for 15 minutes! What kind of service is that? They have to change their staff! This place is awful!

I should’ve known something was wrong the moment I pulled into the parking lot. There was just one customer in the drive-thru ahead of me. When I placed my order and paid, I waited 5 – 6 minutes for the car in front of me(which was the same car at the window when I pulled into the lot). There seemed to be an issue with their order because they handed a Parfait back and the receipt. Eventually the car just pulls ahead, but a person get out to go inside(he didn’t look happy). Then it was my turn to get my order. Long story short, the Manager on duty SONIALOPEZ is BEYONDRUDE. She lacks CUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS. She was making smart comments to me, AND when I asked for a refund(because of her attitude) she said, «THAT’S NOTGOINGTOHAPPEN!» Really? Needless to say, I did get a refund from another Manager, Brianna. I did call corporate to file a complaint, which I hope they address this issue right away. She is probably the reason why the people in the car in front of me were having an issue too. It’s really sad that she(SONIALOPEZ) is a manager there, let alone working there. Her Customer Service and attitude is a poor fit for the others that work there. A manager is to lead by example, not lead by sarcasm, threats, and ignorance. I will NEVER return to this McDonalds again.

McDonald’s is pretty standard wherever you go. There’s cheap, standardized food at everyone. This McDonald’s has all of that and serves their food up quickly and with a smile. It helps that this McD’s wasn’t crowded at all and is new and clean. Overall, a somewhat surprisingly good experience!
