I had a great experience today I got to give it to the employees. Drive thru seem busy obviously lunch time so went inside. Employees were stacking up but that didn’t stop them to ask me how was I doing. I had a question about an email I had received and one of the girls was nice enough to tell me to go with the best choice. She also didn’t know but she said to be on the safe side to purchase all three items at the same time. Paid. I received my brkfast sandwich by a gentleman very nice as well. Then received my iced coffee. I almost walked away forgetting I had purchased something from the bakery which I never do that’s why so I asked the girl who had helped me out about it and she said sorry and she was busy restocking when I went to tell her but right away she asked me «would you like a cookie?» I said«no because I’m not a cookie person» and I laughed cause everyone thinks I’m weird like who doesn’t love cookies. So she didn’t ask and gave me a pop cake without me noticing which I thought it was nice of her. I did forget to say we had a conversation in the beginning about my email and asked to go back soon to let her know if I got my stars. Which I think I will be returning to this Starbucks again since it’s less than a mile from my house. I just moved to the city. Will be returning:)

Starbucks is an instant pick me up for me. After years of sticking to the same menu item I decided to expand my horizons and try something new for a change. Good-bye vanilla bean and hello iced caramel macchiato. Seriously, where has it been all my life?! I’ve been coming to this location ever since I was in high school. I live close by so this is my go to «starbies», as I love to call it. Most of my experiences have been through drive thru but I’ve been inside the store a handful of times as well. On several occasions I’ve been told that my drink of choice could not be made because they were out of syrup or some other key ingredient so I’ve had to order something else. Thankfully this has not occurred in quite some time so all has been forgiven. The baristas here are friendly and quick. Don’t hesitate to ask for a drink recommendation and if you have any questions in general I’m sure they’ll be happy to help. The music here can be quite loud so be cautious of that incase you’re looking to come to this location to study or do homework. I’m sure they can always tone it down if asked. This Starbucks has definitely improved through out the years. It’s clean and spacious inside with outside seating available as well. The drive thru line is rarely empty so be prepared in case you’re in a hurry. Great service and great coffee.

The usual kind of starbucks BUT it was soooo dirty! The trash cans/bins where you prepare your coffee(i.e. Use sugar, milk, cinnamon, ect) were overflowing with trash and there were spills all around that area. Their restrooms also has buildup on the sinks and the toilet paper was out of the dispenser

It’s rare if I come to this location. So after my purchase at Tam’s I decided to stop here since the Drive-thru was empty(it’s usually packed and cars are in the street trying to pull into the drive-thru). I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, but it was full of static so I had to wait until it cleared. I placed my order for two cheese danishes(non heated) so I should just pull up, pay, receive my order and be done right? WRONG!!! I pull up to the window and it’s shut, NOONE opened the window but I could see my order was placed on the counter, and I could see hands moving(still no one came to the window). I waited a good 2 – 3 minutes then pull to the front and go in to see what was going on. I speak to the young lady(Jazmine) who was taking my order and asked why was it taking so long for MY order, she said she was working on OTHER orders. Ummm… that’s not ok, my order was first. Eventually I spoke to the Manager and she too said that the employee made a poor decision. So I ended up leaving with a complimentary $ 4 credit to spend. That was a nice gesture because my order was $ 4.90. Thanks for resolving the issue, but it’ll be a long while before I come back here. I’m giving 3 stars because the Customer Service of another young lady who helped me, and the Manager was good.

So S L O W! The slowest service i have ever experienced at any starbucks worldwide. There was only 1 person in fromt of me, and it still took 20 mins for me to get a tall mocha frappuccino! Really?!
