This is one of worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, then again – what can one expect from a McDonald’s right? If this location is privately owned then he/she should fire the manager immediately. Do a complete training reform! All I asked was for change for a dollar which required the cashier to walk over to the manager and ask the same question I just asked(a manager which was too busy gossiping with another worker – basically standing around and chatting) then come over to me ANDSHEJUSTSTARES. She says«I would have to open the register». Yeah no kidding. So I respond«so…can you do that please?» And she flat out says no, doesn’t offer for me to purchase anything – just says no and stares blankly at me like an animal in headlights. I persist and ask«what’s something you have that’s cheap that I could buy to get change» and she says«nothing. Cheapest is 1.39» Now I used to work at McDonald’s so I know there’s cheaper items so I ask her again«well what about the cookies? Can’t I buy one??» and she’s like«umm…let me check» Like why do you have to check??? The cookies are right there, what are you checking? You don’t know the price of one cookie? The manager and the other worker meanwhile are still chatting, doing nothing. Like I get it, minimum wage sucks and I’m all for a livable wage because I’ve worked here before and I know it’s hard. But if you want better, act as if you already had it! Jeez. I feel like it’s a chain reaction, some horrible customer treats an employee like garbage and then the employee treats every person that walks through that door like cattle. It’s so disheartening that the staff cannot remember basic things like price or even open a register. Plus the outside of this place smells like urine! Yikes.

Pulled i the drive thru because we were ready to chew off our arms because we were so hungry. They had us in and out in no time at all. The double cheeseburgers were pretty consistent with other good McD’s spots. Can’t really review the inside of the restaurant because we didn’t go in.

I just waiting on the line but they just don’t care. They took order another client who came after me for 2 order and left me waiting on the line. No one noticed me at all. I had to ask for order. That’s so ridiculous.

Food is pretty good, just like any other McDonalds. Customer service is horrible though! They usually never answer the phone, and the few times that they do, they answer with a simple«Hello?». I had to stop and make sure I dialed the correct number. Not even a «Hello, thank you for calling McDonalds». Get it together!

When to order a meal at their 24 hour drive thru just now. After a several minutes talking to the lady in the drive thru she was unable to take my order because I was speaking English and she was speaking Spanish. Hold up to the window hoping to write down what I wanted. Come to find out I was talking to the manager. She told me in her broken English that I should just go somewhere else and get food.

If the smell of feces coming at you as soon as you enter the lobby doesn’t bother you, then this place is perfect for you! Even the McD’s on Skidrow are not as bad as this piece trash. The place is flooded with homeless people everywhere you look(24⁄7) and the upper Management, who is more than aware of the problem(because I personally have told them so), hasn’t done a thing about it in 5 years. THEFOOD: This is ‘hit & miss’. Food itself is generally OK, but any made-to-order drinks will vary on who is making them and how sloppy or organized they are. EMPLOYEES: There’s a lot of nice, hard-working people(and they are NOT the problem!). They only do what they’re told and have little to no say on things. This includes Cashiers and Store Managers. UPPERMANAGEMENT: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I am referring to the people from corporate and any & all regional personnel. How the hell can these people be ignorant to the fact that this place is a TOTALDUMP! This is a McD’s that really needs a Guard at the door to keep the pan-handlers and homeless out of both the lobby and the restrooms. SOLUTION: It’s my understanding that this is a Corporate location, not a franchise-owned location. So that means corporate wants to be more politically correct in not refusing service to certain people or hiring a Security Guard(unlike a family-owned franchise which is more watchful of their investment). If you are near this K-Town location, BOYCOTT it so that their earnings go down and they start paying attention to us, the local community(who have kept that place in business all these years). I myself now refuse to go there… even for bottled water!

I love mc donalds. But this location was disgusting. I walked in and I was standing in line and I saw where they fry the French fries and pour the salt in. It seriously looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in DAYS I was digusted and walked out. I was mad I walked all the way up there and had to settle for a taco truck. I really wanted some hot french fries. :/

I live 2 blocks from there so its my quickest and nearest choice but they always ruin my fucking day. Lack of friendliness, poor customer service and i would say very unprofessional.

«Up-selling» has always aggravated me. I ordered before 8 am in the drive through, I ordered«just a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle, please.» I was asked if I wanted anything else. «No, thank you.» «Would you like something to drink with that?» «No.» «Would you like an apple pie with that?» «No.» I said«just» to begin with and and it’s not even 8 am and you’re offering me dessert. It’s not that big of a deal really, I just think it’s a tacky way to do business. At other McDonalds, they may ask one of these questions, usually just«anything else?» or «is that all?», which are fine.

They try to charge you 1.75 per sauce! That’s robbery. Might as well go to Ralph’s next door and buy a whole container and still save $. As if the billion dollar corporation doesn’t make enough so they charge 8X the amount for a bit of sauce.

Omg! 2:14am right now FRIDAY! Tried ordering a Filet O’ Fish with Fridays special for $ 1.79! NOPE, I was told that it’s not Friday yet. Uhm, I think it’s after 12, do yes it is Friday. «No it’s not Friday until morning… and it’s not morning yet.» We have it now but it’s $ 3.79 the special is not until Friday. Wow– I lost a few brain cells and burned some gas in the drive-thru. Not the first time something like this happens like this. Over it.

Drove through very late. Asked for a moment and then got ignored by the guy. Drove up and he never looked at the computer to act like he was taking the order down. Informed us there wasn’t beef. We figure out what we are ordering. He says no sprite either. Then finally, after we work out what we CAN have– he says cash only. –_– Should have lead with that.

Negative 5 stars if possible for giving me wrong orders 5 times in a ROW. This place just wont stop dissapointing me ! CANYOUPLEASEGIVEMEMYORDERSCORRECTLYFORONCE. Every single time I add onion on my burger, there was never once a onion added. I even specifically ask them to double triple check my order. My fries are never filled and my burgers never have onions inside them. I try to not come to this location, but I always seem to give it another try since I always have to pass by this location and it always fail to satisfy me for a simple order. MANAGEMENT, where are you? will I ever be able to get a correct order? or the only way is to just avoid this location.
